  1. it's not a matter of hitting your feet on anything. It's how people fit into the harnesses. Your feet are plenty far from the concrete, the lights, and the poles. No one will ever hit them with their feet
  2. oooohhh! I'm off tomorrow too! but since I can't seem to pull myself away from the place, I'll probably be down there riding rides. Soooo....look for me some other time. Or look for me tomorrow, I'll be wearing...ummmm....my yellow Baldwin Wallace Invitational t-shirt. That's really pathetic that I just said that! hahaha
  3. they don't tell us what goes on. I was the one guest relating that night. It sucks because they (they being the supervisor, mechanic, and whoever is driving) really don't tell us. Actually I should clarify. The ride doesn't go down because something is necesarily wrong, it's when the computer detects something is not right, or something like that. The ride will stop itself and then print something on the computer screen like that there is a problem with break system number two or some jargon like that, then the mechanics check it out. When it swings back and forth, that's becuase the ride stopped itself. It basically just stops working which means that it's gonna swing according to the laws of gravity....I don't know. Either that or someone was pushing on the platforms with their feet. PLEASE DON'T DO THAT!!! that's so annoying and it scares the living daylights out of little kids. So please stop asking ride operators what's wrong. We don't know and if we did we wouldn't tell you...thank you! Greg
  4. ok so maybe my signature doesn't exist, I don't know what happened to all of those words I typed!
  5. yeah my sig says it all. I do have a life though...I am training for cross country right now. so it's just PKI, running, and sleeping for me this summer. Ok, my name is Greg and I'm on Delirium/Slingshot crew. Stop by and say hi sometime. Oh, SOB TOM, are you the Tom who I worked with a couple of days ago? Thanks for telling me about this site, man, you're a stud! and by the way, I've only worked at PKI for like two weeks, so I'm not some obsessed park rat...at least not yet Greg
