Screamscape is sometimes proven right. Take everything with a grain of salt, but the mere fact that it's on there gives me a bit of hope. Maybe they could go on the old Flight Commander platform.

I was also there on the last day. I remember the cake, the t-shirts, everything. Even now, I hang my head a bit when I walk past the Eagles' former spot. I went to Cedar Point for the first time this year. It was a cold and rainy morning in May. You know the very first ride I ran to? The Lake Erie Eagles. They weren't my flyers. They sat next to Gemini instead of Vortex. I couldn't move them as easily as I could ours. The moment I felt that satisfying snap, though, I felt like I was home. If this rumor turns out to be true, then I welcome this new ride. The world can always use more flyers... so long as they can snap.

Banshee uses that bit of land pretty well. Better than SOB ever did. I think they should work on X-Base before anything. You know, some benches, some shade trees... make it more like an inviting entrance plaza rather than the cramped eyesore it is now. Though with the problems it's had this year, I wouldn't be surprised if FOF was on the chopping block. I know nothing about anything, of course. Just my $0.02.

There used to be another path that went around to the left. The back of the park was a big circle with the water park in the center. Then they removed the go karts, sent Chang to Great Adventure, and the water park expanded out to the left, leaving only the path to the right through Thunder Run to get to T2/T3. Looking at that 2015 map. I foresee many people getting lost trying to find Skycatcher. "You see all those rides across the bridge? Stay away from them. Go the other direction, staying outside of the water park, past the picnic shelters, then make a u-turn, walk back towards the road you just crossed, and it's at the end of the dead end path."

It's not negativity, it's realism. Remember, this is a park that's already failed twice.

If they're going to build a dark ride, there's an empty box in Rivertown they can use.

I don't suppose it's getting floorless trains? It would be neat for all three AZ coasters to have dangling feet.

For a moment there, I thought this topic was about me. I, quite obviously, remember the ride with fondness. Enterprises are one of my favorite flats. It's kinda cool to be upside-down with no restraint. I was a little saddened when ours was removed, but thankfully, they're not too hard to come by at other parks. In a smaller size, of course.

I-75 North I-275 East I-71 North It takes a little longer and is less direct than taking I-75/71, but it helps me avoid Cincy traffic. Usually 1.5 to 2 hours.
