And here we are, about to conclude announcement day. It was a very fun day, and soon enough, the announcement came of the longest inverted roller coaster in the world, Banshee! I'm still debating whether to go or not. I want to go and have fun and raise money, but I don't have a ton of money, and I already registered for Media Day and am expecting to go to Opening Day, so I would probably be very tired. If I don't attend, I will certainly donate money to your pages.

Something we haven't seen for 171 long days. The record low for Cincinnati on April 18 is 18°F, and the record snowfall is 3.3". Everyone should be very glad that ohiocolts already has the day off from school. Then there's Media Day...

Just a couple of days before the announcement, something appeared up on Kings Island's website. It showed The Bat, the tallest, fastest winged roller coaster in the world. But what was off was how poorly the page was designed. Colored pictures of Gatekeeper, and a random Diamondback picture appeared. So, was it just one last diversion? (I can't really think of any good thing to post considered that The Bat page is long gone... But someone can post something if they find something good.) Just 23 more days until Banshee Media Day and Scream for A Kid Again, and 24 more days until Opening Day 2014!

Today I have something kind of cool. Who remembers the WLWT story about the ride in early August? I bother to go on KIC late tonight, and it's kind of slow.

On the same day Banshee's announcement date was announced, this video was released. The person making the video claimed to have had Banshee's blueprints. Some thought it was fake, but some thought it was real. Just 26 more days until Banshee Media Day and Scream for A Kid Again, and 27 more days until Opening Day 2014!

Also worth noting is that Action Theater was listed on the named on the map previous years, but is not this year.
