  5. true it didnt take long to clear riverfront anyway
  6. yeah it would take many many years to clean up the debris
  7. in my opinion the back is the best because you can actually get airtime back there(see my trip report for more details)and it has that rough/smoothness that i love this is my 50th post on KIC
  8. you voted for it because your initials are tb!!!
  9. I love this ride i rode it yesterday and it is awesome 9.6/10
  10. My dad took my gold pass with him to kentucky so i cant go today :'(

  11. Paramount or Cedar Fair? I personaly like Cedar Fair better because the park seems a lot better than in the paramount days
  12. Geauga Lake was just in a bad location Ohio, six flags/Cedar Fair could successfully run the park if it wasnt for being near kennywood and Cedar Point
  13. I rode The Beast over the now"infamous" wheel seat and at the very back of the train and surprisingly it wasn't that rough just in the helix it was forceful and *gulp* it had some airtime!! and felt A LOT faster
  14. ive never felt airtime on The Beast until this year
  15. also people seemed extra screamy today
  16. the first and second drop and the final drop after the helix
  17. For some strange reason there was an ambulance and a fire truck going to Soak City when i left KI
  18. Diamondback was running today and so was wind seeker
  19. We parked in the parking lot and headed for the front gate, we processed our gold passes(it took only 2 mins.) and then went into the park. We rode the BLSC as a walk on. overall it was a good ride and a lot more intense than i remember 7.5/10. Then we headed for The Racer and was a walk on(the blue side wasn't open yet) and rode the red racer overall a nice classic ride but it was rough at times and it was not as exciting as the trains weren't racing 6.5/10. We then went to Hank's back porch bar and had a Coke it was pretty good because it was only 3$ and had a nice view of the lake and of the viking fury. We then decided between Beast and Adventure Express. Since i still wasn't ready for The Beast we went to Adventure Express. About a ten to twenty minute ride and extended because of those stupid fast laners . We rode Adventure Express and it was a lot more exciting than last time(the scenery was working) and got an inspection of Son of Beast but more on that later. But what i still hate about that ride is that ANTICLIMACTIC ENDING !!! Overall 6.0/10. We then headed over towards The Beast it was a twenty minute wait but it started crowding so they had to use a switchback. The Beast is still the best coaster in the park. We rode it in the last seat of the train for the first time and it had a surprisingly good amounts of air time and it was running a lot smoother and faster than last year, the only noticeable trims were the brake shed(obviously) and before the helix. The helix WAS A LOT MORE INTENSE THAN LAST YEAR . It was the best ride on The Beast Ive had since the first time i rode The Beast. Overall i think it deserves...a 100/10 !! We then got an on-ride photo of me and my dad on The Beast (I looked really scared)and it was like 9$ cheaper than last year!We then went to our car to take a Break (IT WAS LIKE 100 DEGREES OUT THERE) and stored our on-ride photo there. We then headed to the Feasthaus and watched the british invasion show. It was overall a very good show and i'd rate it a 8.0/10.We then headed to the Action Zone and my dad tried to force me on Drop Zone but it looks way too scarry, so we then headed to flight deck and it looked sad back there it was way to quiet back there and ever since SOB closed it's been a Ghost Town. So we went through the way to long queue line to get to Flight Deck and it was a walk on. We Then got onto Flight deck and it was one of the best rides of the day and it felt more intense this year. Overall i'd rate it a 8.4/10. So we then went to The Racer and it was racing(yay ) so we rode the red one again because of that nazi were ya go guy said we couldnt get on the blue racer so we got on the red racer again and my dad did a video of it and it felt more exciting since it was racing. We won the RACE!!!Overall i rate it a 9.1/10. So it was nearly time to go because we had to go to church and we rode viking fury, it had good amounts of ejector air time and i'd rate it a 7.6/10. We then had to leave .Tommorow ill ride all the big rides (ex. Diamondback,Firehawk,Vortex, and Flight of Fear.) Son of Beast's condition:It looked a lot worse than last year the lift hill was missing some wood and the supports over the drop into what used to be the loop looked on the verge of collapse as did the rose bowl and all of it. Thanks for reading -Stash
