  4. Just a "little" reminder that I stand firm on my layout with 98.672538% accuracy with no clue what is what, just where it's going! #TeamGCI or #TeamRMC. Whatever fits the best. I would just like to be a performer with the clown band one day. That is all. KIProject2017FinalEdit by KingsIsland1972, on Flickr
  5. I agree wholeheartedly! For years, I have always said I'd like a "Resurrection Theme Park" and bring back all the old rides from the dead and put them all in one spot. King Cobra, Log Flume, Screamin' Demon, the old roulette wheel..ect. I'd like a movie theater or roller skating rink with the guy playing the organ. Build a boardwalk and have old carnival foods. The park could use a little update with more flat rides other than what's in Coney Mall. I love what we have but after umpteen years of coming to this park it is the same ol same old. IMO.
  6. **Using Gavpenn's description**Just a friendly reminder. KingsIsland1972 was very spot on with the layout too! If I remember correctly GavPenn, majority on here believe I was totally wrong and incorrect from the beginning. I'm on my phone and can't get Flickr to post my last photo of the layout that was in neon green. Therefore, anybody else that comes up with my theory will be praised to the high heavens because that's how life works for me in the real world too. Heehee. Thanks for remembering me. 7. Today I was fortunate to have my dad with me at the park. He has the beginning stages of Alzheimer's and he came to be with my 22 month old son (who is almost tall enough to enjoy the next stages of new rides). I was able to ride the train tonight with my family, but had to wait for the engineers to put the Red Train to Bed about 7:45pm. So, that changed who I got as our "Train Guy." I listened to him as I looked around thinking that my plans are right on target and spacing is just about right for a mid-size smaller coaster on my layout. I wanted to hear him say something about "The Son of Beast" or "Retaining Wall for New Coaster" and he said Nothing of the sorts. I even recorded the whole trip. So, (he will be nameless) I asked did anybody ask you to stop talking about what's going on in the "woods" during the train ride and he said NO. I asked him if anybody told them to say anything about what's being built in the "woods" and he said No. It's all up to them if they say anything extra other than "Wave at the WWC people" or "Ghost Hunters" or "Time the Park Closes and Fireworks." So, I think you're all looking into that waaaaaay tooooooo much! The reason why??? I worked as a professional waiter in Gatlinburg, TN. I worked as a Restaurant Magician and waited tables. I remember, I would have spiel about welcoming them, asking them where they were from and first time to our restaurant and so on. I would personalize it to each table but had the basic layout. There was one week I came up with a catchy phrase and it was funny, and got laughs and I'd throw in a card trick for them to remember my name and they kept the card as a souvenir and I made some SERIOUS BANK. Then, I had to do a few shows, worked security in our T-shirt/Frozen Margarita Bar Downstairs for a few weeks because of some issues with a guest stealing from us on a daily basis ( I was a formerly trained police officer and PI in my former life) and after we had a case we caught them in the act and had the police make an arrest who were waiting on the call. Anywhoo... I went back to work the tables and TOTALLY forgot my lines I used. I totally was just plain jane and I'm thinking, I bet sometimes these Train guy/girls get on a roll and say what might feel right for the day and roll with it until something else comes to mind and then the move on to another. That's all I wanted to say in a nutshell. Improve!
  8. My guess is that they will be revamping the reservoir into a splash zone, the same they did to Diamondback when all it once was back in it's glory days was a Geese Swimming or Basketball Bobber Pool!
  9. Hi. Haven't spoken to you since Coasterstock. You still strong in thought about your original theory you shared with me? I've put my 2 cents on the table with my layout...Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  10. Awesome...I will appreciate you filming the smile on my face when I have Don autograph a poster of my original layout! (Just can't leave well enough alone...heehee) Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  11. Definitely Fracking. What a great lil Rivertown this will be!

  13. Sorry you're way off. That north indicator does not refer to overview of the ride.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Then why would they insert that on a blueprint plan? Doesn't that offer reference to the work site? I do believe you are wrong.Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk So you are debating with someone who has the plans, plotted out the coordinates and knows the orientation of the coaster; and you only have seen a small tidbit? SmhSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Uuhm....Yep! I guess I am! SO What??? You're "da man with the plans!" Big Whoop! Quit prancing around on us little people just because you know something more than the rest of us. I'm having fun speculating as much as the next guy. I'm enjoying this while I can. So tired of you BIG SHOTS walking on the rest of us who don't have insight. If anything, you should just sit back and have a laugh at our expense, but NO, you have to point out you're the BIG MAN ON CAMPUS and act like you have something to prove. You're not raining on my parade. I'm just calling it as I see it. Maybe you don't know...and a Bluff is all you have to hold on to. I'm here to have fun and enjoy everyone's posts...right or wrong!!! Anyone who knows me, and it's few on this site knows I'm a super duper guy with respect and caring heart for others. I'm not here to start anything, just enjoying the ride until the big announcement.I don't bluff. And I'll pretend to be bigger above anybody else. I was just trying to guide those that didn't have the plans. Those who wanted to be surprised you can think this guy for spoiling. For those of you who have been nice, and not a grumpy sour puss; check your in box. I've been presenting this layout since the beginning. Where I'm no expert in the field of coasters, I am a super fan of decoding and been having fun with it. I've tweaked and tweaked and with my best ability of information gathered from here and there and everywhere, I gave you the best that I could. Gavpen's hints seem to be spot on. I hope that after all is said and done, that Oldschool75 can sit down with me at Starbucks and have a chuckle over the past month of bantering that has taken place. All I wanted to do was have some fun and share my ideas like the rest of you. Until we find out, may the best man/woman win the 'interwebs award' for getting the closest or in my case "On The Money Award!" Thank you and I'll be happy to give my award winning speech when I'm the first person to ride this bad boy. (heehee) #fryoj...your map looks like my map from 2 weeks ago. LOL.
  14. After doing some scaling work, based on all the information we have, the current length (without elevation accounted for) is 3250ft. Edit: A very rough outline of Prowler at WoF gives me 3000ft. So I can't imagine this ride being more than 3500ft. I believe I've been saying that the whole time. Heehee! Great detective work. Of course, that's based on my idea where the layout is. So, just IMO. I can't wait to see where it goes. Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
  15. And this whole time it's been there I've been waiting for the midget wrestlers to come out and put on a show.
  16. I suggest if you watch it, have some Popcorn, Junior Mints & a Blanket ready...a little long. Yaaaaaaawn!
  17. Here I go again. Can't stop working on this. I'm serious when I say I feel like it won't go outside the train perimeter of MVRR with the exception of the entrance. It will be on a platform, entrance will be at the Old Funnel Cake Stand, it will look and feel like Banshee train house and the MVRR will travel under it. If it doesn't go above the tree tops, I say 3000 to 3500 Feet of track. Anything above the skyline, maybe 4500 to 5000 ft of track. With today's tweet from KingsIslandPR, if there are barrel rolls, then I wonder if it will have a cork screw like Vortex somewhere on the track. Just putting the pieces together. Who's with me on this? KIProject2017FinalEdit by KingsIsland1972, on Flickr
  18. If you are talking about Race For Your Life Charlie Brown, I believe it is safe. There is plenty of room for everything.
  19. I believe that the Train House is on a platform and the Miami Valley Rail Road will go under. Entrance will be where the old funnel cake was. It'll have the feel of Banshee. The Coaster Turnaround will stay within the Train Tracks. I am having fun despite "others" saying I have it all wrong. It's who I am, I think I am closer to right than wrong. I tried to give you another perspective. If the tracks are falling on something else, this is just my perspective from what I can see with the trees being full of leaves and can be adjusted later. 23. Ok...if you look at my last post, you can see NORTH on the plans in the screenshot. So, I dropped this in within the RR Tracks. Where I scaled this as accurately as I could, if you look at the lines of the plans around the track, I was trying my best to line them up with the surrounding objects. At the turnaround, the outlines lined up perfectly with the train house. One part could line up with the RR Tracks next to DB the other the train station. I scaled it, and it's about 800-900 feet out. I feel it's only going to be a 2500 to 3000ish feet of track. (Imagine Racers at 3,415') I could be wrong on EVERYTHING, but...this is my final thought and I feel I'm much closer to figuring out where they will drop it in. Thursday evening, my son goes with his mom for the week. I will spend the evening at Kings Island on the train and WWC combing out my thoughts on this and then enjoy some DB after-hours in the park. I hope to see you there. Let me know what you think. KingProjectNORTHiFinal by KingsIsland1972, on Flickr
  24. After seeing this video for the first time, I noticed that the plans give us NORTH. Something I don't recall seeing for the first time. I will try to drop in a new layout and will be back here in a few. Am I last to the party on this? KIPROJECT2017North by KingsIsland1972, on Flickr
