  1. I signed out and did not see it anymore so I assume you fixed the problem. No more hot single Europeans for me.
  2. Until I signed in I got an increased nunber of ads from KIC and one being rather risky... "Hot Europeans "... As soon as I signed in they went away... My phone is free of any maleware or anything as well as I just scaned it with CM Security. But if that came from KIC and not something to do with my phone, not a good sign... Note: This was while using the desktop version of the app. I haven't seen any strange ads or no pop ups on sites I normally visit. Update: I also scanned my phome with Avast and had Security set to max (same with CM Security) and still no viruses or maleware etc. If this site is having these bad slow downs and now more "aggressive" ads that is not ever a good sign...
  3. I don't like the Spam you eat let alone the kind for a computer! When clicking on the link to the TOS in the top right, it does not link to the TOS.
  4. I have $35, will that cover it? Darn just a few hundred million pennies short...
  5. Ahh I see it now, the river of beer you flow on to get to the giant pretzel filled with bratwurst and sauerkraut at the end, while fighting off men with accordions and in suspenders, with this song playing though out the ride: Honestly though, I love German stuff. I loved taking it as a foreign lang. and would love to visit it. In all honesty I would love for a German themed dark ride!
  6. I was saddened by the fact they were pulling the plug on the ride. Thought The Simpsons stuff would be terrible, but honestly I like what they did with the area and theming it around The Simpsons TV series! When/if they change it again from Simpsons, I'm sure this process will start all over again.
  7. I think the X-base would be best for a new dark ride as it could be themed around aliens or some other sort of strange creature(s). Or if AZ gets re-themed more around The Bat and Banshee then their probably wouldn't be a bad spot for a new dark ride. As anywhere else, I feel the ride would be out of place... Another idea would be a family dark ride themed around Peanuts and the gang. Would be ideal for with the Peanuts movie coming out at Christmas time 2015. Continue to give this part of the park attention for the 2016 season. This may really spark kids to love the Peanut gang (the movie and/or the dark ride)!
  8. Majority, I would think no (could be wrong)... If you were to say Phantom Theater then probably yes. My major concern with Boo Blasters, is that they have let some of the special effect slip away and also seem to not care about most of the guns and if their working or not... When BBBH first opened, It was actually a quite cool little dark ride, now I would say not as much... I would really like to see a dark ride like Universal Orlando's Men in Black Alien Attack. Something that moves at uneven paces, has guests interact with one another, guns that show where their shooting, a more immersed feeling, fog (an effect even MIB lost), and spinning of the cart, at a similar speed/power. @ zacc1993, Welcome to KIC!
  9. Stuff like this really gets me excited! Brings high hopes to seeing something truly amazing being brought to KI. In these cases I think it is good KI didn't jump on this right away, as other parks can test it and see what works and what doesn't from this company, thus allowing for a better ride tomorrow! I could see something like this consuming the space of Boo Blasters on Boo Hill, and giving us one heck of a new dark ride for the 2016 or later season! the question is though (going for all CF parks) how well will each park keep up with maintenance and theming on the ride, if they get/getting one or already have one?
  10. "Our lives are important - at least to us - as we see, so we learn...Our destiny is in the stars , so let's go and search for it." ~ The Doctor (1st) William Hartnell

  11. Guests complaints about something. Not taking affect till many days/weeks even months and years later. Only taking one person to kill it off. Silently disappearing. This is things that never have happened at KI!
  12. Warning: This will probably be a high bandwidth page(s)! Page(s) may take long to load and my consume large amounts of data. If your wifi or mobile data is capped, this might be something to think about... This will be a thread about amusement/theme parks, that were soon to be opened but never did or did open and didn't stay open any longer than 1 year, and were shut down for good. Please do post picture(s) (not required but cool/spooky to see.), and a brief or long reason on why it was never to be, of said abandon amusement/theme park! I was watching a documentary on Netflix (Forgotten Planet) about towns/cities that have been abandoned for different reasons around the world , the very first episode talks about the nuclear Chernobyl accident and the town that was made for the workers Pripyat. the town was only 2 miles away from the nuclear power plant (sorry if I am wrong on that number, but it was quite close!) and 5 days after the nuclear incident happened a local amusement park was set to open. Well it never did because of dangerously high radiation levels and a the fact the people were evacuated from the town. The name of the amusement park is beyond me and it also wasn't a very big one, but it could of had great potential! Here is a picture of the amusement park: It is really quite chilling to see something like this or to see an entire abandon town at that rate! Note: I do highly recommend the documentary! It is cool, sad and spooky all in one!
  13. I would like to see ( surprised that no one said yet on here at least I think...) is retheming AZ to a more spooky theming and changing the names of the rides in the area (excluding The Bat and Banshee). along with lights and possible fog to go with the area. This is something more silly but, I think it would be kind of cool to have the worker name badges have their hometown and state (or if out of country, their hometown and country name) on them like the way Universal and Disney do. Also uniforms that fit each ride or job. So something like The Racer, use a look, that is similar to the uniforms used when the park first opened, AE, use miner uniforms etc. Cut back on the number of live shows, and improve the quality of the ones that remain, with some new shows for the 2015 season. A show during the Miami Valley Railroad train ride. A night show. Timing the shows at different times of the day. (this year one show would start, so would 2-3 others...) These are some things I would really like to see. Sure a new dark ride would be nice and so would a lot of other things, but some of these things seem a bit more doable for next year.
  14. A new dark ride, more complex than just simple shoot and move at the same speed. Also would like to see something like Cedar Downs Racing Derby. I would like them to also have a slower moving ride (maybe a kids train ride?) that goes threw a restaurant in the park.
  15. I did get top go on Saturday and it was almost depressing thinking it is coming to an end and this will be the last night for Haunt. A bit disappointing in last night though, no fog, half staffed houses, only seen a handful of actors roaming the streets, and 2-3 houses were closed that night. None the less, I still enjoyed my last night at the park for 2014. Sadly it is unlikely my family and I will be getting a pass next year...
  16. That's terrible! Then I dyed of laughter, which makes me even worse...
  17. So tonight I went to KI's Haunt very last minute and went threw the new Slaughter House (could, swear, I seen Don standing at the Fright Pass lane), Madame Fatale's Cavern of Terror, Delta Delta Die, Urgent Scare, CornStalkers, and Kill Mart. CornStalkers, and Delta Delta Die, left MUCH to be desired. Urgent Scare, was great especially since it was only me and my brother that went threw it! SH, MFCT, and Kill Mart were amazing in the level of theming! The actors in SH and MFCT felt a bit light, but still felt quite nice. Kill Mart was truly amazing! I really like what they did with that space! I kid you not, Kill Mart was quite a bit better than Universal Orlando's Walking Dead house in 2012 and 2013! Me and my Brother both agreed on this. (I am also a pretty big Walking Dead fan! can't say for 2014 as I haven't been this year...) Fun little "Easter egg": While in Delta Delta Die, They played a remixed version of the 2013, Doctor Who theme! Littery heard this version just 2 days ago. I really liked that lol, the house, not so much...
  18. I liked using that too... Made getting to the site much quicker.
  19. that makes sense, because I would often get a free pretzel coupon from their email service, for one of the pepperoni pretzels. Never have I tried one as I usually get their pretzels sticks, which are amazing! I figured the reason they always ran those coupons is because no one liked their pepperoni pretzels, but I can see what you said being the case as well. slightly off topic, their was a time maybe a year or two ago, it was VERY rare to get a coupon from them... I remember doing a survey for them and at the end it said, "Thank You! You have been entered in a chance to win a free pretzel!" That kind of rubbed me the wrong way... I did the review regardless of winning anything, but only a chance at a free pretzel!? How about a free pretzel ounce a week for a year? Update: Lol, was just talking about Auntie Anne's and I just got a free pretzel coupon! Apparently October is national pretzel month... (according to the email.)
  20. You might want to make sure you choose one with a 4-D theater because I went on the newly renovated Carnival Dream not to long ago and didn't have that. I also believe the Nickelodeon Resort in Orlando Florida has it too? (don't hold it against me if I'm wrong) Adventure Dome at Circus Circus has it too (as of May 2012). The one at CC had water and bubble and other effects but the downside was the seats didn't move much at all. I liked KI's moving seats, as they really got ya moving! That's why I said "go on the new Carnival cruise ship, the Carnival Breeze!"... Ahh fine details... How I need to pay more attention... Sad thing is I read that post over like 4 or 5 times and still didn't notice it...

  22. Cedar Point has a Kidz Bop style version in Howl-O-Palooza (Kiddie Kingdom and Planet Snoopy). It is quite perplexing. I've heard that one before but I did hear a more original if not original version being played threw out the park. Heard it coming from AZ to the front of the park.
  23. Do you think Cedar Fair should, change it's current ways of advertisement or keep them the same, or not even care?
  24. Went Saturday and fog seemed quite light... Usually when we get there, their is fog rolling out into the parking lot (thin but visible layer). I've been on days before where it is hard to see your hand a foot in front of you, those days I love!
