To piggy-back off of much of the other responses above mine, I'll start with saying, The Beast is arguably one of the BEST night rides in the world. With that being said, it's an experience that you'll never forget, and may leave you craving more! Enough said! You'll just have to experience this one for yourself!! As far as my personal favorites and recommendations at the park for night rides go, I'd probably say that Firehawk, Banshee, WindSeeker, and Adventure Express, are all generally on my list. Firehawk : Part of what makes Firehawk a unique night ride is the feeling of flying through the air, on your stomach, with limited lighting. One of my best experiences was when most of the queue lights were off, as well as some station lights, making it very disorienting, beyond the usual. Banshee: The effects, mostly the fog (if it's windy) and the lighting, make this a unique ride in Kings Island's night-ride lineup, along with the occasional chill as you swoop through the valley (second half of the ride) . WindSeeker: Aside from going up into the Eiffel Tower, WindSeeker gives a tremendous aerial night view of the park from an interesting perspective. The multi-colored, changing, "arm" lights are also pretty net as you ride. Adventure Express : TombRaiderFTW pretty much summed it up in his post, though I will say, I try to get a ride on it in the dark about every other visit or so.

Those who know, dont tell, and those who dont know, tell. This employee was likely just promoted from the Dippin' Dots stand. What you've said, IBEW_Sparky, is probably very applicable to this situation.....BUT.... When looking at the wording used, to be quite honest, "TT is being removed and KK will get two new coasters next year" sounds to me like saying : TwistedTwins as we know it will be completely overhauled and the two tracks / coasters will be completely new for 2016. Don't get me wrong though, I'm NOT saying that's what the employee was trying to say, but rather that's what the person who he may or may not have heard it from was trying to say. Just one way of looking at it.... .....TheBEASTunchained.....Playing with / dissecting words......Again.

Well.....While some of us are talking about flats we would like to see..... I thought I'd mention this one: Looks like tons of fun! Any of you guys tried one of these out? It would be awesome to see one of these in the old Flight Commander area, though I'm not sure there would be enough room.....

.....So now that it's opening as T3, it should have FOUR trains.......Wow..... .....TheBEASTunchained, playing with numbers...

Reports are that T3 was supposed to open at 4:30 p.m. today, and apparently, as this post is being typed, the first public riders are in line and preparing to ride.

The only shirt I actually own with ONLY a Beast logo on it, nothing more, is one bought in 1980

I'd love to see a new flat of some sort..... As far as an announcement date goes, I would guess late August.

If that's the case, hopefully it wont be installed again! Glad to see that O' Terpy is with us again.

Wonderful trip report. Thanks for sharing. You gave quite an honest and real perspective as to what's actually behind the gates of the Kingdom. Glad to hear it's doing so much better. This is great news. I'm going to try to make it out there again after T3 opens.

There is supposed to be an announcement in July. Hopefully T3 will be operational at this time. When did the park say anything about an announcement in July?.... TheBEASTunchained.... Asking another question....

After my CoasterCrew Platinum Memership expires, I'll be looking to change clubs, for something different. Don't get me wrong though, I think the Coaster Crew is a GREAT group of people and fun at that, along with the amount of KIC'ers that are a part of it. The two options I've boiled it down to are The Great Ohio Coaster Club and The American Coaster Enthusiasts. Suggestions on which one guys?

Didn't stop at the Kingdom, but I did drive by earlier on my way back from Lexington...... I can confirm that T3 has been testing. Watched it complete one cycle as I was driving by earlier.

I'm sure it's in my mind, but row 1, car 1, seems to be a tiny bit more spacious than the rest of the train to me, even though I'm sure it actually isn't! ! ! I'd definitely recommend turning your legs to the side slightly though, as recommended above, as long as you don't have anyone sitting next to you, or anyone of the larger size. I ride Woodstock Express on almost every visit I make to the park and I suppose I'm just used to the knee banging!
