I live on the Ohio River about three hours from the park in southern Ohio. Live here with my seven dachshunds and my partner of twenty one years. My job keeps me between my base home and our other home in Myrtle Beach so alot of driving incurs but in the summer months the detours to carowinds, kings dominion, and busch gardens are worth it. I was five years old when Kings Island opened and my mother and father had me there on one of the opening days, still have our opening day tickets along with a whole room full of Kings Island memorabilia that I have been collecting all my life. The park has been my "Happy" place for forty one years now and I am sure it will continue to be that for the next forty years for me.
