Since a few other Cedar Fair parks are making announcements tomorrow, I believe we will be getting something similar or exactly the same. Here's what I think it may be: Plant Snoopy expansion (KD has hinted a few pictures on their social media accounts of Snoopy "snooping" around) New 4D attraction and/or dark ride (highly speculated) Winterfest Removal of WindSeeker for a new attraction (like Skyhawk at Canada's Wonderland) OR we could be getting something completely different than those parks: Some X-Base attention (maybe we're finally getting that bathroom we've been waiting for ) Festhaus update Flat ride(s) in the back of Action Zone by The Bat with a connecting trail to X-Base Updates to International Street/front of park

In my option, this would be awesome for either Cavern of Terror or Killmart!

Maybe move Wolf Pack into the woods by Timberwolf or Adventure Express & put a new maze in the Son of Beast station

Tbh, you're right, Mystic Timbers IS a pretty crummy name... just saying...

After some though, I can see us (maybe not this season, but soon) getting some sort of dark ride in the Big Tan Box. Using an all new original story about a haunted mine (same tone as Phantom Theater). The queue area would be in the fenced area by Slaughterhouse and you would have to go up a flight of stairs or even an elevator like you would see in mine shafts up to the top of the proverbial Big Tan Box where there would be an inside queue with a backstory pre-show and from there you hop aboard a mine car and go downwards deep into the mine. The name could be Mystic Mine (similar theming as Mystery Mine at Dollywood) and have a similar experience to Wonder Mountain's Guardian. The original Crypt & Cavern of Terror queue can be used as a gift shop/relaxation area.

Tbh, I was pretty hyped for the announcement. Once it was announced I was like "oh...". Honestly, this is the first ride I'm not too thrilled about. Hopefully once I ride it that opinion may change. But as for now, I'm not as excited for it as I was for Banshee & Diamondback.

Then again, it could be for Haunt construction. But who knows?! Hope they update that theater!

He said 2017. Why would they announce Winterfest 1.5 years ahead of time? That can't possibly be it. To get the hype up and so they can promote it early. Gives people a reason to want to buy a Gold Pass.

Speaking of Mass Effect. Not sure if alot of people know this but the Banshee scream you hear going down the first hill is from a Character called a Banshee in the Mass Effect video game that was released in 2012.
