  1. Have fun! My advice is to do back to front. If you get there at opening you can cross the crosswalk (you no longer have to use the bridge you can use the crosswalk by Enterprise) back to Storm Chaser (which IMO is actually better in the front) and you could possibly get several rerides [emoji4] And make sure to do Cyclos (if your into to that type of flat) than once you get the big rides done you can honestly just walk around the park at your own pace. The lines really manage out towards noon.
  2. These opening day crowds are insane! (Sarcasm)
  3. It seems like the older GCI's don't age that well. But the newer ones seem to really well I know it's a big leap but the difference between Gwazi and Thunderhead is huge.
  4. Found this while browsing through comments on Facebook. Is this true about Red's if this is true I might consider a new place to eat EDIT: I never noticed that there is a thread for the food places at KI, sorry for posting in this thread
  5. I get to try it today! Can't wait for my first time at Busch Gardens Williamsburg
  6. Great Trip report. Wish I could go to something like this but it never works out. I love how @malem was just sitting casually on Fury with his legs crossed!
  7. When I watched the clip it just had a standard GCI Millennium Flyer front. It might just be off of the train due to it being a first test run Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Great video! Although I do prefer Voyage over Beast. I just love how Voyage keeps it intensity to the very end of the ride. I cant wait to get night rides at HolliWood Nights!
  9. Are group will most likely hit Diamondback first, Banshee and than Mystic Timbers once the line dies down. Are first restaurant we will eat at in the park is Red's. However like every trip the lineup we do rides in always changes!
  10. Thanks for all of the work you have put into the forum. My life has changed since I joined (and the bumpy road was paved [emoji6] ) Best of luck for the future!
  11. I've been trying to think of a name. I think I really like Vespertine, it means to be active at night.
  12. The current trend in design is flat more 2d "material" look. It has started to be seen in a lot of apps and most of Android 6 and 7.0. You can even tell the more flat, simple designs in the newest iOS (8,9,10). A lot of company's are changing there logo to be more like this.
  13. 1. Riding Flying Ace Aerial Chase when I was around 5 for the first time 2. It's a 4 way tie between Vortex, Beast, Banshee, and Diamondback [emoji6] 3. Action Zone! 4. King Cobra 5. Mystic Timbers!
  14. I'm sure all of you probably know this but I'm a huge fan of material, simplistic design. So naturally I'm a big fan of the design and layout of the website. I hope this rolls out to other Cedar Fair parks!
  15. I'm thinking the lift hill being close to Lightning Run to get the most height out of it. Than it does a turn near Deep Water Dive and stays low to the ground back behind T3. But I'm not an engineer [emoji1]
  16. This might be a little bit "out there" but I'm really hoping for a Hyper Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I have a feeling that (while not being made that much anymore) that log flumes will be a staple in a park. However the rides like Congo Falls or Mile High Falls at Kentucky Kingdom will be dying soon. They don't get that much ridership anymore due to most parks having a free water park (most people will rather go to a water park and get wet instead of getting wet on one ride and having to walk around in wet clothes.) While I personally like them to be able to cool off quick on a hot day, I will not be heartbroken if they get removed and can completely see the reason they would need to be removed.
  18. I do have one small issue. Tapatalk works fine for the forum. However, im not getting any notifications through Tapatalk
  19. Thanks for the update! It really nicely integrates Material Design. Im so happy you are finally able to upload photos. I used to just use my phone because of the hassle of photo hosting sites. But now im able to much easily upload them straight from my computer. Love the update!
  20. Like Dollywood, make sure you get some cinnamon bread!
  21. Great Trip Report, i really enjoyed it. Did you guys get a chance to ride Lightning Rod or was it closed? Im still impressed with everybody who does trip reports. Heck, my New Years resolution is to finish my Cedar Point trip report from May
  22. I would say for the first friend that is freighted to make him watch POV's of like Beast, Diamondback (etc). For the more heavyset second friend. Theres alot of things to do than ridding coasters. Plus when hes there he can try out a test seat on any one of the coasters. And somebody correct me if im wrong the big boy row on Banshee is row 4
