^ Looks like there is an invert with a straight drop after all.

Raptor's drop is somewhat straight, at least after the 90 degree left turn. Edit: Also, it appears that Jubilee Odyssey, a Vekoma SLC in the U.K., also has a semi-straight drop. But Semi-straight is about as close as you're going to get with and invert.

It appears the two trains remained stacked. I wonder if they left them out overnight.

I'm right there with you. I am actually writing an essay about public relations managers for a LA Writing class.

^Think about what Paramount set in motion. Sure they seemed like bad choices at the time, but if Paramount hadn't done what they did, then we wouldn't have a shiny new Banshee getting ready to open in less than a month. But what you really have to ask yourself is, would you rather have Banshee, or a more reliable, safer Son of Beast?

Let's hope the train getting stuck is only a minor error. The last thing we need is for the chain or other mechanical parts to be replaced less than a month before opening day.

^It depends on your definition of creepy and how you use the On Ride Photos. If you simply buy them to get a sense of humor out of the riders' expressions, I'd probably say it's not creepy, rather more on the goofy side of things.

It's great to see the ride continuously testing. I wonder if the third train has arrived yet.

^That's what I was thinking, because last time I checked, The Beast doesn't have a whole strobe light effect going on.

^Most of the thrill rides , including The Beast and Diamondback, listed on the thrill rides page of Kings Island's website show the warning for strobe lightning. However I'm not too sure on what the magnetic systems are yet. EDIT: kblanken beat me to it.

My brother, who is a big gamer, just told me his friend online believes that they just took down The Beast, and then replaced it with the Son of Beast. Where do people come up with this.
