Mazed houses have a really big flaw in not being able to predict or control the flow of people. It would be really difficult to do very well. You need to be able to set the room each time, get back into position, know generally when people will be there, what direction they will basically be facing. Not to mention if the lul in people takes to long, actors will get bored.

Lots of food on the meal plan, really looking forward to the buffet. I'm taking a wild guess and hoping the buffet is in the international street restaurant. Never been up there, really want it to be there.

Smokehouse is open with a limited menu. Pulled pork or tenders. Mac and cheese or fries. The other dining area is closed

To be honest though, I'd enjoy a smaller mini coaster of sorts. Another Adventure Express or the like. The land is will layed for something like that. Make use of the creek in the back.

My three year old wants to go "when it's spooky". I think I'll take her once and stand near the front gate until she cries then leave. The morning stuff is really nice for kids though

My daughter only knows Snoopy because of the park. Its a good brand, but it isn't a relevant brand.

I was excited to try Smokehouse one last time yesterday, hoping they'd still have smoked turkey. However it turns out Kings Island expected more people in dry than wet. While every location on the dry side had 3x the employees working, the smokehouse was sporting two people. 30+ people in line, and two unfortunate employees trying to pile plates for all of them. Promptly turned around and left.

They could do a lot with AR in a ride like that. Stuff for the kids without the helmets, bigger kids with the helmets. Improved gun tech, improved details. Keep the rest the way it is.

Very light traffic today, at least earlier today. Food lines are short, KI clearly expected super heavy loads. Ice Cream in kiddie land has like 15 people working. Lines are separated between normal food and dollar days which is very very smart. When i left at 1 one one ride had a wait, looked like everything was up and running.

Whelp bought two more plans for next year. Still failed at going to everything, jukebox diner is just never open or super crowded/slow. Maybe next year we will get another big improvement like Tom+Chee and the Smokehouse.

So I am reading this as the Fast Lane any time, Bring-a-Friend only on Sunday after the 24th. I can't remember how it was last year, I might call and clarify unless someone can put some hard logic on this.

Any more news on this pre-k pass, sounds like everywhere but KI has them.

Walk on for everything

I'd be happy with this. I have to start paying for my daughter next year as she will be turning 3 soon. Pass costs the same as mine with 1/4 the ability to ride rides.

So 90 bucks for the pass, 90 for food, 30 for drink, 500 for fast pass. 710 per person. 9 month easy pay, only 79 bucks a month per person.

I can't even imagine what that would cost. Meals vs Meal Plans are around 5 days to get to "savings". Fast Passes are what, 60 bucks a day? You are looking at a Fast Lane season pass of 300 bucks, on top of the 100 bucks for the pass itself.

My record is getting a gun that actually works.
