This is so sad. I hate to hear about things like this. These parks are suppose to be about fun not tragedy.

Looks like I need to bust butt and get my med passes finished so I can go to the break room and watch! I can't wait!

Sitting on the 2nd to last seat on the train and talking to the employee about the new coaster. She said "they said it's suppose to be kind of like SOB but shorter" then gave the zipping her lips sign. Who knows though lol. Just bummed I have to go back to work tomorrow night and will miss the announcement.

To an extent. We live 45 min from KI and 3.5 hr from CP. As a kid I would only dream to be able go to these parks yearly. My kids on the other hand are spoiled. They expect to be able to go. They dont seem to have the same spark as the season goes on like they do when it just opens for the year. My 4 year old has the routine down even with the addition of the metal detectors. He sticks his arms out to the sides and spins around. He also knows to get his hand stamped since we are usually in and out. Especially at CP.

I think what is worse is the spitting. We had to yell at 2 boys in the car in front of us on Shake Rattle n Roll because they kept spitting and it almost hit us.... ewww!

We had this problem on Friday. A group of teen girls kept pushing on the turn style in the line an hitting my husband in the back. We just asked that they please stop and they got quite the attitude about it.

I normally don't mind young kids catching up but these were mostly teens. In my opinion if you are old enough to wander an amusement park on your own then you are old enough to read and respect park rules.

I will have to say that the line jumping was pretty bad today. In the Firehawk line it happened right in front of the worker and he didn't say a word. I usually ignore it but after the 5th time it was pretty old.

My husband despises line jumpers. He makes sure to loudly tell the person that there is no line cutting and to get back to the end of the line like the rest of us did.

I think Banshee needs speakers on both sides of the lift hill. I like the music on the way up and what it adds to the overall experience. I just think it would be that much better if they could have them on both sides.

We went today and Drop Tower still sat with the lift carriage at the top. WindSeeker was down most the afternoon but they said it was due to the winds. It did open in the evening.

Were about 30 minutes back from the ride. I just wish we could get this baby going again.

You should be fine. I'm 5'8" and 240. I can ride everything. The only ride I need a push on is Drop Tower and it seems my chest is the main issue. I do agree though it more about shape than the numbers.
