  1. I remember walking into the park last Friday, and hearing a different voice over the speakers. I thought maybe he was sick and that he'd come back tomorrow. Nope, I was a little disappointed, because hearing his voice while walking into the park gives you that Haunt feeling. Didn't really feel it. So thanks for sharing I was curious where he went. Hope he's back tonight.

  2. I should have posted this here first instead of the other thread. My bad, but anyway.

I was lucky enough to be able to make it to Haunt both Friday and Saturday night. Friday night Blackout's line reached to the peak of about an hour. I loved it! I thought it was very creepy, and the uncertainty of where you were going made it even more exciting. Now on Saturday night I went again luckily my friend and I had Fright Lane, but I asked the worker and they said the stand-by line reached to about 3 hours. I was completely doubtful on this, luckily I had other friends there who did not have Fright Lane and I told them to tell me when they enter the line and when they get to the very front. It turned out the line was actually about 2 hours and 45 minutes. The line itself was not too long. It's just the capacity and how long it took the visitors to get through the maze. It made the line move extremely slow.

Also I did notice, that the scare actors inside, did not do much to scare you. They simply just guided you in the right direction. It kind of disappointed me, I was expecting some real good scaring in there.

  4. I liked the concept and idea of it. Didn't like how slowwwwww the line moved. If the line were for Club Blood from where the line was for Blackout I could've gone through 3 times! If planning to go through Blackout tonight I strongly advise you go right when it opens. Or right before it closes at 1 am. Otherwise I suspect at most a three hour wait and I'm not exaggerating.

  5. In honor of Haunt starting in less than a day, I've decided to arrange a little poll and activity for you guys to discuss and vote on! Enjoy and Happy Haunting!

(I checked through the thread and did not spot another thread like this. If there is I apologize and if you may please paste the link to the topic below thanks.)

  6. Since we are talking about scare levels, here are the ratings according to the Kings Island Mobile App:

    Blackout: 1/5

    Wolf Pack: 3/5

    Cornstalkers: 4/5

    Delta Delta Die: 1/5

    Board To Death: 2/5

    KillMart: 2/5

    Urgent Scare: 4/5

    Slaughter House: 5/5

Madame Fatale's Cavern of Terror: 1/5

    Tombstone Terror-Tory: 1/5

    CarnEVIL: 4/5

I have to say in my opinion these are incredibly false, and I cannot be the only one that thinks that.

  7. Quick question. So I know that during rain monsters do not roam the park and that the outdoor mazes close as well. If it stops raining do the monsters come back out and the outdoor mazes open? What's the policy on that?

  8. Does anyone know why Fright Lane is only allowed once per maze? Fast Lane doesn't do that. I mean I don't mind the Skeleton Key being only used once per maze. But why the Fright Lane pass itself?

  9. We had 11 last year, and 12 the year before. I would really like to see 12 mazes again. But even with 11 mazes last year some mazes were way under staffed(Urgent Scare, Cornstalkers, and Wolf Pack) so I don't know if Kings Island is willing to do that.

  10. No, because I was still allowed to cut the line and enter the Skeleton Key room. I just couldn't do that activity they had my friends do. I was also able to go in the rest of the Skeleton Key rooms throughout the other mazes. I heard that later in the Haunt season they added something in DDD that enabled Diabetics to participate too, but I didn't want to purchase another Fright Lane. It was still funny to watch my friends do it though!

  11.

I really hope they drop Delta Delta Die's skeleton key room. It wasn't very good. Neither was Kill Marts.

If it made them money, then it will surely stay, no matter if it was good or bad. They may or may not improve or fix any issues with the rooms (most likely not given the condition of the older mazes), but it's a given that they will return this season.

They could always move the Skeleton Key rooms to a different maze, or at least change it. I was not allowed to participate in the Delta Delta Die Skeleton Key room because I am a Type One Diabetic. That's all I am gonna say because I don't want to spoil it for anyone else.
