I agree opening day in 2012 was rainy and cold. Although it was quite annoying I did not complain. Most of the lines were under 30 minutes! During the last hour most of the rides were walk ons! That opening day has been my favorite so far.Personally, I would not mind somewhat chilly temperatures and perhaps a light drizzle somewhere in the day as it would help keep the crowds away that day- though Banshee would still have a long line regardless as it is brand-new.
If it is warm and sunny all day, it's going to be VERY crowded...as past opening days have been under good conditions. Then again, it is a Friday, not a Saturday...so I really cannot be sure on crowds.

Fast Lane passes!
Please! I hope they do that! It attracts quite a bit of people to the games. I remember back in 2012 I won 2 Fast Lane passes for my friend and I on a busy Saturday. We spent $20 on that game to win them. It was great we rode all the rides within a hour or two.

Yes, I know that but this weeks weather I feel like will be the weather pattern leading into opening day. Not that it matters if it rains or storms I'm still going.

The weather this week is scaring me. I feel like the weather is going to be bad on opening day.

When you play Kings Island games with your friends.

It doesn't even look as good as Outlaw Run and I rode Outlaw Run last year. Goliath looks like it would hurt a lot.
-
Goliath doesn't even look like that much fun compared to Banshee it doesn't even have a chance.

I think The Vortex line goes faster than any other line in the park IMO.

Watch the Week 35 Construction Update video again and just watch Adventure Express and you will see it testing.

Oh my god. I hate when those teenagers(not including me) Walk around the freaking park bouncing their basketballs everywhere. I wish I could get a sharp object and pop them.
Delirium, who likes to rage over basketballs.

What time do people and enthusiasts start lining up to get into the park?
@TheCrypt very true.
-
That is true. But do you think it could hold the Opening Day crowd? What about the giant over crowded Saturday on opening weekend?
-
I don't think the line they are making for Banshee is going to be big enough. But that's just me.
-
Hasn't this already been discussed?

Awesome thanks! I should probably head out at 9:45 then.

I know that. I'm still going early to beat the crowds.

I really hope there is shirts. I like to go to school the following Monday and brag to my other classmates.

Hi! Ok, so I was wondering what time does the Parking Lot open for parking on opening day? As well as Drop Off/Pick up? My mom was going to drop my friends and I off at 9:30ish and we were wondering if we would be able to wait in line to go into the park around that time. Or would we have to wait later until they open the parking lot/ Drop off?

GOOD.

Don't you guys think it could be possible that the next ride we get is a water ride? I mean when's the last time we got one? Cedar Point recently got one(kind of) and I think it's time for us to get a new one. This is actually weird because I hate water rides.

I once rode by a gay couple on Drop Tower. The rest of my friends were to scared so I went by myself(there was no line.) So I got seated next to a gay couple. They were super funny and amusing. I totally forgot I was riding by myself. That encourages me to go and visit Gay Pride Night to learn more about it. Maybe I'll even see them there! Hahaha

What time do you guys think would be the best time to arrive. My friends and I were planning on heading our way there at 8:30-9 but it's only about a 20 minute drive not including traffic.
