  1. This is a bit different from your visit but I've been a chaperone for multiple visits to both Kings Island and Cedar Point. Here is what has worked for us with elementary/middle school campers. - Break into smaller groups based on what people want to do: flats, coasters, water rides, just wander. - Make sure at least one person in the group has a cell phone and the phone numbers of the other folks with cell phones. This helps in coordinating people swaps between groups. - Set a time to meet up for food and where. - If you want to see a show all together, pick the time first thing in the morning. The group that gets there first can save spots for the rest. Good luck and I hope you have a great visit!
  2. I'm interested in the response you get if you call the park. My youngest nephew is right at 46.5". During our last visit, my sister was stopped at the gate and told that he would need to buy the full pass next year because he would be too tall. We took it as a heads-up to prepare ourselves.
  3. I think this would be a good event for my oldest nephew. We did the Roar with the Dinosaurs event in May and it was the first visit for my youngest niece and nephew. They loved it and keep asking when they can see them again. It is also a fun way to include science in our trip as we observed the teeth, eyes, legs, and armor to guess what they ate and how they lived - and then used the signs to see if we were right.
