  1. For what it's worth, it looked like White Water Canyon was open for the employee night on Monday. Was watching the Mystic Timbers webcam and saw people walking back there.
  2. Raging Bull at Six Flags Great America opened in 1999 and it has ball joints.
  3. You're not getting the point. The chains and ropes can only control how many individual back and forth sections are in use. You still walk back in the lane next to the one you walked down. Granted there are some exceptions, but most queues aren't adjustable at both ends.
  4. Closing every other queue is not a solution. A queue is a complete back and forth section. They would have to completely reconfigure the queues cutting out and re welding sections of railing.
  5. B&M doesn't do full pull thoughs. They will use a separate reach envelope frame for any areas with tight clearances (for Orion, probably only where it goes under the first drop). The only actual pull through that occurs on B&Ms is they will pull the first car from one of the trains back and forth through the final brake run, station, and pre-lift drive tires to check alignment. All the brakes and drive tires are already mounted before track is put up. As for actually getting everything up and running, they're probably a lot closer than most people seem to think. There's a reason the brake run, station, and lift go up first, so they can start working on all the electrical well before track installation is complete.
  6. Definitely. What amazes me though with how much everyone has been watching the webcams, how on earth did those cars get loaded onto the storage track without anyone catching it?
  7. Just to clarify, no part of the block brake or curve leading into it is currently visible on the webcam. The block brake itself was visible right at the tree line just to the right of the Eiffel Tower.
  8. Although it is very difficult to see through the trees, the weatherbug camera seems to indicate the block brake was taken down between 10:15 and 10:30 today
  9. Looking back at still images from the weatherbug camera, Loop 1 went down between 9:30 and 9:45 this morning
