If we aren't getting a B&M giga, I would love to see a T-Rex at the park, whether it's a giga or not, not gonna happen anytime soon though. Imagine Schilke with over 300 feet of height potential, he's already a madman with less than 150!

Is it just me or has this gone vertical really really quickly? Also, it feels not long ago at all when I started watching Banshee being constructed.

Ha, has their even been vertical work on any of the two I know are confirmed? Haven't heard a lot from either the Georgia or Orlando ones.

Geez Terp, sometimes I wish I could keep a level head like you. You literally traveled all the way to the Kingdom and were denied entry for the most trivial of things. If that happened to me at any park I would never approve of the parks actions and beseech people never to go.

Not sure if this is a good thing overall, but a $55 Gold Season Pass for every park in the chain plus free parking. Throw on the meal plan where they have places to store souvenir drink cups on EVERY RIDE PLATFORM and the only thing I have to pay for that day is the obvious gas money. The drink cup thing isn't to much of an issue at KI, but Cedar Point is a different story.

I'd love a giga coaster and I would greatly appreciate and like a GCI, but I am rather content right now with what we have. Banshee is still fantastic.

I've always wanted to visit this park. I pass by it at least once a year and I always wish we had time to stop. Was there any theming on Runaway Mountain?
There is a lot of in-queue theming, but none on the ride. It's just pitch black like Flight of Fear.

CoasterDirected’s Six Flags Over Texas Trip Report
I got to go to Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington over spring break and my overall impression of the park was rather impressive. It easily was the nicest Six Flags I've been too with the best ops that I’ve seen out of the four SF parks I've been to in the past 8 months. I don't think I should do a play by play, because I would end up rambling and I’m not too skilled of a writer, but I would like to give my personal opinion on each ride giving them a basic letter grade.
New Texas Giant- A+
Easily one of the best coasters I have ever been on, although I couldn't choose which RMC is the best out of the ones I've ridden. (Outlaw Run and Goliath) The drop is fantastic, especially in back row, and the hill leading up to the first banked turn provides so amazing floater/ejector depending on where you are sitting. The first three banks are very fun and glass smooth as expected on an RMC. One of the standout parts of the ride was the dive immediately out of the MCBR, providing some great floater that can only be rivaled on a B&M hyper. The second half is full of just pure ejector airtime, throwing you out of your seat very hard. I had heard some complaints about the Gerslauer trains but I found them more comfortable than the current RMC trains. Overall, Texas Giant is a top tier elite ride that is worth the trip alone.
Titan- A-
Not the worst hyper I have been on, although not the best. It is directly in the middle of the 5 hypers I have been on. The drop is good, but since it’s a flat drop with no change in degree there is little floater by the middle of the drop. The banked turn was good, and the second drop was fun. The parabolic hill following had a good pop of airtime but I expected more. This ride is not about the airtime at all and the next section proves it. The double helix is insanely forceful and pulls in-between 5-6 g’s. By the time the train reached the top, I grayed out every time except once. The only truly unpleasant part is how hard it slams on the MCBR. The rest of the ride was rather good and just as forceful.
Mini Mine Train- C+
Good family/kid coaster, gave really good views of Mr. Freeze.
Mine Train- B-
First Mine Train ever, so I didn't have high expectations but it was fun, if it wasn't for theming it would be my least favorite mine train.
Shock Wave (VR)- A-
I was only able to ride Shock Wave once due to it was the first day of general public experiencing the VR. I cant giving my full impression as just a coaster, but as an experience. The VR goggles fit fine and were more comfortable than I expected, and the restraints were fantastic for a looper that is nearing 40 years. The experience was very immersive except for right after the lift where it de-synced, but it synced just in time for the drop. Overall, it was a very good ride with a good upgrade, I can’t wait to try this out at other parks. They had a voucher system where you returned after a certain time to limit wait times, but I can’t imagine how bad the lines would be on other coasters. I went on Dare Devil Dive last November and wait times were still atrocious then.
Judge Roy Scream- C+
I really don't have neither a positive or negative opinion on this coaster, it was just there. I do like how it was up against the lake separated from the park.
La Vibora- B-
My first bobsled coaster, fun but had some rougher areas. Capacity on this thing is bad, luckily there was a single rider line.
Pandemonium- B
Fun coaster, not to thrilling, great for families. Once again, so glad there was a single rider line. One thing to note is that it did not use the terrain at all compared to the one at St. Louis.
Mr. Freeze: Reverse Blast- A-
The one at St. Louis is easily my favorite shuttle coaster I have ever ridden. It is fast, fun and pretty amazing. The in queue theming was actually better than the one at St. Louis, and even had lights in the launch tunnel but it rode a little rougher and the paint is pretty faded.
Batman: The Ride- A-
Another Batman: The Ride clone under my belt, great, forceful ride as always.
Runaway Mountain- B
Fun indoor ride, great family coaster. Rather smooth for an older Premier coaster, kinda reminds me of an indoor Backlot: Stunt Coaster, just without a launch.
Superman: Tower of Power- B+
Probably the best S&S tower I have been on, although it pales in comparison to any Intamin Drop Tower, let alone a gyro-drop (Drop Tower ftw). Definitely has my favorite ride cycle program, even beating out Power Tower’s.
Texas Skyscreamer- A-
Geez, this is a freaky ride, probably the only ride that I was truly scared of at the park, a 400 foot swing ride. That is only 20 feet shorter than Dragster. I can’t wait till I go to New England and ride their Skyscreamer.
This park had a decent selection of food off the Six Flags Gold Meal Pass, ranging from the obvious pizza to brisket and other barbecue foods. Definitely some good options.
Overall, it’s a great park with a plethora of great rides, and was easily the best looking Six Flags park I have been to, although Great America is still my favorite in the chain currently.

I'm not gonna make it to the park for another 4 weeks, my favorite invert and hyper will have to wait... But at least I've got a decent hyper coaster and the first invert to look forward to, and my personal favorite RMC.

I honestly like some of the prizes, not the stuffed animals or basketballs mind you, but they have some pretty cool Lego sets at a lot of the midways games in Coney Mall. Lego Delorean from Back To The Future? Sign me up

Okay, so this is an absolutely ridiculous pipe dream but Liseberg is removing Kanonen, a great little Intamin accelerator, for their 2018 dive coaster. It has a super tight layout and would fit Kentucky Kingdom. Obviously shipping a coaster from Europe is absolutely ridiculous but I would love to have an Intamin Accelerator within 2 hours of me.
