  1. How long has the green from X-Flight been showing through on FH, last time I was there it was extremely easy to see
  2. Me being an Indy Highschool student, I have sympathy for them. HOWEVER, they went WAY over the limit for having people on the pit (part where instruments go) and then they started jumping. My school has a near identical stage and they say no more than 10 people over it at a time and other regulations for it.
  3. I feel that feel. Ironically, Kings Island does offer numerous summer jobs if you're looking for a good source of steady income Not for a high-schooler over an 1:30 away
  4. I want to like Bat but I feel it has too little force, as well it is really short. I love taking pictures and just sitting near the turn that's near to the turn back thing that connects the paths.
  5. His whole channel is dedicated to stuff like this. It's a "troll" channel and I get laughs out of things like this. I find it fun and harmless. Sure there is no point, but hey, if he wants to convince people to go to Six Flags: Great America in Gurnee, Illinois so that people can ride Batman: The Ride which has the perfect amount of vertical loops, be my guest.
  6. It's gonna be packed this weekend, hopefully I can convince my father to help pay for some Fast Lanes for me and my friend. Gonna go Friday and Saturday, not sure about Sunday. (Choir in the park days)
  7. I went with my school for after prom, so I had a good deal of friends coming with me. We took busses from Indy and arrived at KI around 10:00, however, the drivers did not know exactly where to park and getting everything ready to get in the park took around 20 minutes. Me and my group of 4 friends got in about 10:30. I walk up, scan my season pass, and pure adrenaline shoots into my body. I had missed this place so much after off season, and I was ready to ride as much as I could. We were planning on going on Firehawk or FoF first, but Banshee had a good 10 minute wait. And WOW, I can never get over how good Banshee looks! I knew this trip would be FUN! We get in line, and I immediately point out the SoB tombstone, one of my favorite things from last year. The flame was on and they thought it was really cool. Anyway, we got up the stairs and started laughing at all the things on the tarps, things like hairbands, tons of change, and even a SillyBandz band. I was starting to get the first ride jitters. We were seated with me and two of my friends on row 2. One of my friends couldn't get his restraint down cuz he's bigger. Unfortunately the train departs without him and we are off. Loved it so much, especially that zero-g roll. We get off, wait for my bigger friend who got in the train behind us. We head over to X-Base, but end up going on Racer. Racer was only running blue side so it took a good 15 minutes. Headed over to FH, and unfortunately it's closed. FoF is over an hour and we didn't feel like waiting that long. Headed over to Beast and rode that twice in a row. Had some fun in the camera's doing some "Illuminati" triangles with our hands. Headed to Vortex and it looked like it was running REALLY smooth. Got in 5-1 and it was actually really smooth. Not B and M smooth but good. Still love those corkscrews. We rode a few flats after WindSeeker. Me and one friends weren't hungry, so while the others were getting funnel cake, we went on White Water Canyon. It was a complete walk-on. I was dry until about 3/4 through, and then hit a giant wave and I got very, very wet. Regrouped and were going to head to FH, but got separated because one of them wanted to get a picture with Charlie Brown. I took the picture while the others ran off. We tried to find them and looked at FH, we texted them and they said they were in line for Banshee. Headed over there and I rode Bat. Waited for them and then headed over to LaRosa's by Beast. Finally got in line for FH and my friends left me while putting my drink cup in a locker. I got in line and kinda felt like an a**hole for line cutting so I could get back with my group (only a short distance and the people behind us said it was ok, but still felt bad). Waited 70+ minutes and FINALLY got on. I love FH, so I thought it was almost worth it. We then rode Bat together and both times that day, I felt almost bored on it. It's short, non-forceful, and it's not that tall. I want to like it, but can't. It looks amazing though. At that point we had just over an hour left so we got in line for Diamondback. One of my teachers who was chaperoning had a fast pass and went through around 5 times before we got on. We got on the ride and I can easily say, one of my favorite roller coasters still. We then regrouped and headed home. Overall, I had a great time. It was CROWDED, but I still felt I got all the big rides in. Can't wait to go again!
  8. I'm so sorry. You have a complete right to mourn. My grandparents are getting to that age, and I don't think I'm ready for it. I'm pretty young but my grandparents had my dad late and my dad was almost 40 when he had me. We go on vacation with them and every time my dad says it may be the last. We're here for you.
  9. Ugh, How I wish I could go to CoasterStock. Thus is the life a high school student with no stable income or car. (I had to work so hard to get this years season pass.)
  10. Perfect, I'll already be going due to the fact my sister has a choir contest there. To bad my friend doesn't have a gold pass since I'm taking him.
  11. I went last Sunday and Vortex 5-1 was extremely smooth for an EDIT: Arrow Dynamics Custom Looper
  12. Any Ideas? For Vortex I heard it was 5-1, is that 5th car 1st row?
  13. I think Kings Islands Giga will be a "Giga Twister" coaster similar to F325 but even more twisting and the likes, not just airtime hills, and use the terrain to it's advantage would be a no brainer.
  14. I know but I had 2 friends that had not gone on it and really wanted to. I didn't care as I enjoyed the ride, the line was just really long.
  15. Lucky, we got through most of the coasters, but I went with my school and the bus driver took a wrong turn a few to many times, got there by 10:30-ish, didn't even get in the park till 11. Still got 3 rides on Banshee, 2 Beast Worst wait was FH at just over 70 minutes
  16. How bad are lines today for roller coasters, heading tomorrow and weather is predicted to be amazing
  17. Sorry, I feel stupid, Its just not sticking out in normal pictures
  18. I knew about that for the most part, the one I heard was that Tower of Terror was built 199 ft 6 in so it did not have to have a light. But why does it need that, is it state law for then and not Ohio? cuz TTD is way taller but doesn't have a beacon
  19. Going to KI this Sunday with for after prom, hopefully it's up cause I like riding that as a warm up coaster and love the G's going into the Cobra. (anyone going sunday?)
  20. A lot of Six Flags and a few CF parks have height restrictions on how tall they can build their rides. One that comes to mind is SF Discovery Kingdom. If it was due to traffic control, shouldn't they just be able to put lights on top?
  21. Terp is amazing. 10/10 -IGN
  22. Lol, Ive been multiple times, I just want to know the most efficient way of getting the most rides in (such as when FoF is least packed, etc.)
