  1. It looks like a rainy weekend, so maybe lines will be down.
  2. I'm considering going on Saturday the 22nd. If I got there at 11 or 12, about how long should I expect the MT line?
  3. Cool! Was curious for my sister. She leaves her glasses in the bins but I wanted to give her a heads up
  4. MAYBE SOME SPOILERS... I'm on my phone and don't know how to hide text. What's really the story with the Miami Valley Railroad? Like I was surprised to hear the music selections in videos, because I didn't get the vibe they were going for sort of. Maybe the song is more pleasant than sawblades or something.
  5. How steep is the lifthill? It didn't look that big until I saw a pic posted in here!
  6. I know that I've read reviews of what's in the shed, and many were let down because of the hype. I don't think I'll be as hyped as I always get on Adventure Express at the end.
  7. THE POV MADE ME SO STINKIN' EXCITED!!
  8. I remember Boom Clap and I know I heard The Colourist's "We Won't Go Home" one time too.
  9. Yeah, I especially think sitting on an edge would be okay. It's always a ride I start off with! It's pretty fun! I never feel dizzy on it too, so that's a plus.
  10. Maybe The Beast and Racer will get better attendance because of MT! I know a lot of people who are intimidated by them because they think woodies are rough.
  11. It's been a while since I've been-- but what about Surfin' Snoopy? I know it's a lap bar but I know I enjoy it and there's not really any airtime like the ship.
  12. Thanks Don! Can't wait to ride!
  13. PREACH!! Lightening the line at The Beast at any point in the day would be perfect for me!
  14. I prefer The Beast for being rough. Truthfully, I think MT looks fun but videos don't look as thrilling to me. Granted, I haven't ridden it yet, but as of now I'm sticking with Beast!
  15. I've been so used to the pop music by the fountain that it doesn't bother me. Unfortunately I've never gotten to go to the park often enough to remember it any other way.
  16. I like that!! Even just adjusting how much pop music is played would help. Play it everywhere except Oktoberfest and Rivertown.
  17. I rode it once around 10 years ago and it was my first upside down roller coaster. Personally, I was so scared that it made not enjoyable, and I remember the corkscrews made me really dizzy. I've been too chicken to do a coaster that goes upside down since. This year, my goal is to try another one... but because of my lousy time on Vortex-- I wouldn't be sad if it went. The past few KI trips-- I've thought it sounded bad and the paint was hideous.
  18. I agree that the concrete jungle that is Action Zone would make a great home for BLSC. I love the ride though, but I just wish that it was kept maintained like it should be.
  19. Question-- do they play music at Haunt?
  20. I think I must always see that video but in a spot where I can't hear that! I'm okay with that too!
  21. I don't mind it in some spots of the park. Heck, "Boom Clap", "Brave", "Happy" now all make me think of the FunTV's at KI!
  22. I've seen some dressed up at an amusement park before and I try to remind myself that people used to do it all of the time. I just thought we had progressed from that bad choice...
  23. It'd be interesting to incorporate the vines from the sign!
  24. I'm sure they don't. Or I'd even be happy with one Saturday a month with hours similar to Haunt. Aren't they open till 1? edit: I hope people don't trash the shed. For example, throw stuff like hair bands, etc.
