Any word on of the food truck will return? I was out of town that weekend… Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Even in these examples, the actual item at least includes all of the ingredients shown in the photo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Photo of screamin demon at chicken shack. Photo of wings received. Me: I thought these had green onions on them. Employee: they don’t Me: that sign looks like they do? Employee: they don’t The wings were good… sauce had some heat but wasn’t overpowering. Nice change from normal. Not sure where the coconut was (didn’t taste it in the sauce) and don’t understand why product photo ingredients wouldn’t match the actual item… but I’d get it again. Precisely why I’d like to see more allergy information made available at the park. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Bring A Friend (BAF) now extended to Every Day
chuck norris replied to disco2000's topic in Kings Island
I don’t really understand why the Bring a friend discount is only available online (and thus requires a $6 service fee to purchase). Seems like a money grab and that they should totally be able to sell these tickets at the gate to pass holders. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I’ve seen these signs at both smokehouses and Planet Snoopy grill. I appreciate that they are offering gf buns, although I wish they would update the menu boards at these locations to indicate which meat options are gluten free to put on the bun. (At one point smokehouse had allergen info on the signs… but they removed those ) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We’ve only seen the “shortened show due to heat”… which was 10 minutes. Is there “normal show” actually 25 minutes as the app suggests? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This. It does appear to be blanket push across the board. Perhaps with teens or international workers it’s just easier to ask them to push it to everyone. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This isn’t just for you with a cup plan. I don’t have a drink plan and I get asked every meal of I want to add drink plan. I think they are just really pushing associates to ask/offer the drink plan. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Potato works fries are pretty legit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Secret food 50th anniversary item The Bat isn’t listed on the original list of special items. 3 meat balls bowl with mole sauce. I didn’t try it as I couldn’t see the meatballs or the sauce. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sounds like this will be an unpopular opinion (based on the reviews above), but I didn’t care for the show. The opening usher was fun, and the opening trapeze act got our hopes up that it was going to be like past entertaining cirque shows. But it went downhill quickly from there for my family. Note: I had two boys; aged 10 & 12. And we didn’t ever ride enchanted theater while it was open. But I think a lot of visitors to the park might be in a similar place. So we have no sentimental ties to the original ride. Main complaints were that it was a musical. There are plenty of other shows around the park for those looking for a song and dance production. Ie the main stage by the fountains or the shows in festhaus. The KI theater has been about fun acts of entertainment. We have enjoyed the past shows of jugglers, acrobats, magicians, etc. In addition to a lot of song/dance (and only 1 non song/dance “act”) it was often difficult to hear all of the parts. We went. But unlike past shows that we’d see multiple times a summer (often multiple times a week), I’d be surprised if we watch it again. Hopefully with the 50th anniversary, lots of nostalgic people are flooding the park; and the show will be a hit for them. But for my family, we just weren’t entertained. Anyone know if there is an event this weekend? Lots of tents in the bus parking area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Carne Asada fries at potato works. (Without nacho cheese) Great option. Great, thick fries. Fresh Guacamole, pico, and steak. Wouldn’t have said no to more steak and pico… but I’d get it again! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I took a bite. But the green tomatoes were good. The smoked Viking fury was very good. The sauce was really sweet/fruity. I preferred the BBQ sauce. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Also offered at the coney bbq smokehouse. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ki is currently doing a fireworks show (Wednesday night, when the park closed 2 hours ago). I assume it’s a rehearsal for the 50 anniversary fireworks show that opens Saturday night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They keep flirting with this idea of mobile food ordering. I think there’s still a “coming soon” at the front of juke box. I’d love for this to be added. It works so well at six flags to keep people from having to wait in food lines. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah. This was from this afternoon Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The entire part of the parking lot for buses and “behind it” was full of buses today. Like all the way to great wolf lodge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes. KK has added a cinnamon bread location… just like KI now (or usually) offers cinnamon bread in French corner. Neither are as good as Dollywood. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
