Just because the brakes are there does not necessarily mean they will be used.

Also, even if they are used, there is a huge difference between a light trim and a near stop....

Yeah, I remember reading somewhere that both Talon and Hydra at Dorney have trims, but neither ride has ever used them. I know that the park said they'd make a decision on whether or not to use the trims based on the g-force tests. Plus, if used correctly, the trims may even give the train more floater airtime, rather than sharp ejector air - just something to ponder on. ;)

Those are in fact trim brakes, and unfortunately, behemoth has lots of them...

I'm heading up to Canada this summer, I'll make a stop by CW.

Photos and trip report are necessary!
