Guest kwindshawne
I don't know much about this business, but being an exchange student, do they have someone that checks on them periodically to make sure all is well? If not, they should. I have pity for them personally. They are human beings like we are, and if I were financially able, I would help them. I would want them to go back home and rave about what an awesome place this is, not what is likely going to happen now. I have lived in low income housing, and even when I did, we did not have exposed wires, doors that didn't lock, etc. Those are basic things.
