It's after 10p.m., so it is a safe bet it is not. As for tomorrow.....you pays your money and you takes your chances... Superman in that park is also not operating, and won't be for probably a couple more weeks... Also, it's Great Adventure, not Great Adventures. It actually takes 17 seconds from launch until you cross the "finish line" marker. So that's roughly a cost of $1.47 million per second.
