Entry problem.

I hope KI management reads this.

Tonight at 7pm my family tried to enter the park; all 4 passes scaned as

they normally do, photos came up with entry totals for each of us. The

girl looked at Peanuts and commented we could not enter due to a

scratch on Peanuts barcode; we were required to goto Pass processing

before we could enter. I guess I fail to understand why it had to be done

immediatly; even though it scanned fine. This delay caused us to miss a large portion

of a show we came to see.

Does anyone know if i have to enter new numbers on Park Perks?

I had an issue about 4 or more years back with my Cedar Fair pass. I guess a large number of guests had the same issue with the passes not scanning at other Cedar Fair parks when they bought them at KI. Mine worked at KI but not at CP. CP gave me a new pass at guest services.

They now work (well, KI Platinum Passes) at other FUN parks except Kings Dominion, where many things seem not to work well. Most particularly their pass renewal system, if it can charitably be called that.

My pass also worked fine at KD last June. I was holding my breath at the entry due to Terpy numerous posts about the problems there, but it worked.
