OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH.

Anyway, my friend is an employee, and on one of his days off we went ( he likes taunting his coworkers). Anyway we went to the arcade, and he accidentally bought WAY too many tokens, so to get a little dinner money he sold the remainder of the tokens to a guest for slightly less than the original price. Then for the next 2 hours he was nervous that he would be fired for taking profit from the park. Eventually he asked someone up front about the consequences and they pretty much just laughed at him, but it was still funny.

ALSO at the same time I dropped my phone off a coaster and magically got it back, so after both bad news turned into good news we were kinda crazy.

ALSO AGAIN

a different friend spit on The Beast, and somehow it got on EVERY RIDER BEHIND HIM. So they started a riot and chased him away with pitchforks.

Just when I thought I had seen it all. Those of you who have become familiar with the queue configuration of Banshee know that when the crowd starts to get overflowed, then the ride attendant will open the switchback row in the middle front area that goes straight, then turns right and leads to a group of switchbacks that zig-zag to the left again. Anyway I see people walking through those zig zagging switchbacks in the back but no one walking throught the row that leads to this area. I see that people are walking through another row ( this row is supposed to go in the opposite direction) leading to this back zig zagging area and climbing under the railing in order to get to the zig zagging back area-people were stepping over into this row, and then climbing under the railing into the zig zagging area. ( If I have confused you all I am sorry. ) In short someone totally messed up the proper traffic flow of the queue. That is why it is probably a good idea for the ride attendant to lead the traffic flow until the switchbacks that need to be filled are completely filled with people.

There was this one time when a fairly new member started a topic using a picture of the on-ride photo monitors when taking such a picture is against park rules... ;)

Oh ha ha. That pic isn't mine. I just pulled that pic off the internet.

I'm surprised they let that pic go though. I pulled my arm in my shirt and acted like it was cut off and it was the only screen blocked. I guess what they are saying loose a limb, no. Play with nipple, yes.

Was in line for Wolf Pack and these couple right in front of me were really kissing each other and I honestly thought it would progress to more... And this same couple the dude said "I can't wait to go home and smoke a joint." REALLY!? Then his girlfriend is all game for that as well... Even if it was legal in Ohio, their is just some things you shouldn't say in public!

Note: No it wasn't nothing like "Lets leave/blow this joint", I'm pretty certain it was what I typed above...

One time in 2009, I saw a teenage boy with his girlfriend by the basketball game the one near the train at Kings Island. The girl distracted the employee and the boy stole a prize basketball. Then the boy came to me and said "Did you just see that?" Then he tried to give me a high five, I left him hanging. Then they left and I told security, they told me that they would keep an eye open, teenagers are not very bright, anytime I see this kind of behavior, I usually tell park employees.

That's an awfully broad statement you're making there. I understand what you mean by it, but do bear in mind that there also are teenagers who wouldn't steal a basketball and who would have reported the theft the same way you did.

I'm not trying to be the PC police, but I think it's unfair to generalize it like that.

Most teenagers are not very bright about many different things. Like it or not but most teenagers have very little real world experiences with anything.

But......but.....the Internet!

With the certain events happening at SFA, and what happened in Louisville just a few months ago, I wouldn't be surprised.

I actually think it's fun to wear other park shirts. For example, I've worn Great Adventure shirts at CP, CP shirts at Great Adventure, Kings Island shirts at CP, CP shirts at KI....etc.

It's a converstation starter, especially when I wear a CP shirt at Great Adventure. People there (employees and guests alike) are always really interested in hearing which park I like better. It was also fun encountering a Kings Island employee in line for Dragster since he commented on my Banshee shirt.

I love seeing other peoples' shirts, and I love wearing them at different parks.

Many years ago, I tried to wear a Paramount's Great America shirt (hunter green with the mountain and 22 stars logo) to Six Flags Great America. I was refused admission until I changed shirts. "Sir, reversing the shirt is not a solution."

About five years ago, I wore a navy blue Paramount's Carowinds ride op shirt and khaki pants to Carowinds. I had bought the shirt on clearance at Cedar Point. Security followed me all day. About 6 PM, Mr. Bart Kinzel, accompanied by a half dozen security guards (really?--I NEVER, EVER saw the 'gentleman' alone in the park) asked me to leave. I politely refused.

I also have been known to wear a suit and tie to parks. That's always....interesting.

During my last visit, while traversing the Diamondback queue, they had opened the lower queue lanes, and I found a guy...ahem....relieving himself...in line. I notified the attendant where the line enters the station and the Fast Lane users are let in. By sheer coincidence, I rode in the same train as that man and as we got back, park security and Mason PD were patiently waiting to escort him out of the park and I went with security to verify.

Standing in line at chicken shack, being very picky about which piece of chicken the worker picked out for her. Then, after she asked for fresh chicken, and then picked around more, she asked for aluminum foil wrapped around each individual piece of chicken. Wow, what a picky eater!
