Two minutes after I took a pic of the Festhaus clock which said 12:00.

According to the exif file: 2012-05-18T20:50:45.60-04:00

May 18, 2012. 4:50pm if my camera's time was set properly, but I don't think it was(It is showing an advanced time of two hours now.

Probably a little earlier in the afternoon. Maybe just before 3pm EDT, but that is really just a guess.

20:50 would translate to 8:50 pm, not 4:50 pm. The "-04:00" merely indicates the time zone as an offset from UTC (in this case Eastern Daylight Time); it doesn't mean to subtract four hours from the time given. Also consider whether you reset your camera for the end of DST last month; if not, that would contribute to its clock being set wrong, meaning it would have only been one hour off (about 7:50 pm). Sunset that day was 8:46 pm, and given the angle of the shadow on the top of the yellow portion of the tower cast by the checkered portion, it's reasonable to say that the sun was low in the sky, and the sun is hitting the tower from the west, which backs up that conclusion. So I would say that it was taken shortly before 8:00 pm.

My camera has automatically switched to Standard time, as current photos show a -05:00 at the end.

Further investigation has revealed that my camera appears to be about 2:16 ahead of real time, 20:50 - 2:16 would be about 6:34pm.

I am now suggesting a time of 6:34pm on May 18, 2012.

Hard: Beast Mine Shaft

Easy: Beast Water Mill (Penny Mill)

Post both and I give you a point (there's really no points)

Just a reminder that we are only about five hours away from the two-day cut-off for the last challenge, quoted above. TOPGUN1993 may have managed to stump us.

jcgoble3 is keeping us from slacking off.

I knew some of The Beast tour pictures might come in handy:

Easy: International Restaurant interior

Hard: People getting soaked on the Congo Falls bridge

These are supposed to be photos that you took, not ones you found posted online.

That photo is from http://www.negative-g.com/KingsIsland/KingsIsland2010/Kings-Island-2010-9.htm.

It is also copyright infringement if you don't have the permission from the photographer.

(Even if he didn't display the Copyright 1999 - 2013 Paul B. Drabek at the bottom of his page.)

Also, from http://www.negative-g.com/PhotoUsage.htm :

If you don't have a picture, then don't post. Simple.

Also, let's not lie about not posting other people's pictures before. I've been able to find 3 additional (out of your 6 total) online.

easy- flying ace ariel chase

hard- view of train from picnic grove

I don't want SonofBaconador's options to go to waste, so I'll answer both pairs of challenges:

http://www.flickr.com/photos/jcgoble3/6490430453/'>6490430453_db41de1091_z.jpg

http://www.flickr.com/photos/jcgoble3/6490116829/'>6490116829_5e80329708_z.jpg

Both photos taken December 10, 2011 at the GOCC Holiday Party and Winter Tour.

And now I'll reuse two of my previous challenges:

Easy: Interior of Beast station

Hard: White Water Canyon turntable in action

EDIT: I got beat. Next person can pick which pair of challenges they want to answer.

And before anybody finds http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Kings_Island_WindSeeker_from_Eiffel_Tower.jpg'>this photo on Wikimedia Commons and claims that it isn't mine, the Commons copy was uploaded by me. It was for a time used unmodified on the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WindSeeker'>WindSeeker article on Wikipedia (which I was partially involved in getting listed as a Good Article), and today it serves as the base image for one of the breakdowns in the "Structure" section of that article (side note: the base of the other breakdown is my photo also). Yes, I edit Wikipedia occasionally.

Easy: Any of the Planet Snoopy gang (jcgoble3's idea ;))

It was actually from SonofBaconador originally, then I reposted it. :) But I can answer it:

OK, so it's just a statue. It technically meets the criteria, doesn't it? :P

Hard: First aid golf cart in action (from DBInternational)

Easy: Fireworks (from KIfan73)
