Worst roller coaster you've ever ridden.

For me it would have to be the Pepsi Python. It's a small carnival type ride so I understand it not being a great coaster but the transition from heading down to up on the first drop is so violent. Couple that with the low seat backs and I'm really surprised people have not had serious back injuries on this ride..

Roller Coaster/Manhattan Express at New York New York Casino in Vegas. Most uncomfortable I ever encountered. I don't recall my rides on King Cobra being great either. Mantis...

Following those I'll go with SOB and Gwazi off the top of my head. I only did Gwazi once, but did Sonny many, many times before and after loop removal.

Any premier for me cause of the trains/restraints. I feel so cramped in fof, jokers jinx, back yard stunt track.

Couldn't agree more...I think the cars were and restraints were designed by a short woman...(no offense to short women). :)

How tall are you? I'm 6', and the Premier trains don't bother me at all. (Sitting down into them is slightly awkward, but they're fine once I'm in.)

After my visits to Cedar Point, KI (home park!), and Six Flags Over Texas, the worst coaster I've ever ridden is Mantis. It just killed my lower legs....

If you have that problem, get your legs used to running. A few G's from Mantis is nothing compared to the forces from that.

On SOB you had to sit with your back arched and your feet were on a platform extending your knees upward. The restraint was flat against your chest. I always kept the bar raised slightly so it wouldn't pound into my breastbone. I had a friend and his son who pulled the bar down tightly in their car and both of them came off the ride gasping for air because of the chest beating they got.

On BLSC and FOF I have difficult not being able to extend my legs under the orange foot restraint. About midway on both rides I sometimes get painful cramps in my calfs from the awkward seating position.

The premier cars are just crappy all the way around. On FOF the restraints were changed twice. The first set had the head over the shoulder restraints extremely close to your head. You would actually go airborne at one point a slap the side of your face and twist your neck in the first major turn. Not to mention the furious slamming back and forth throughout the ride.

In the second incarnation you had over the shoulder restraints with more neck room....and motion. You had to physically hold your head to the left during launch and through the first three inversions to prevent whiplash from the side to side motion.

The third incarnation is the SOB type restraints with the ankle restraints....fun fun fun.....

I hadn't rode Mean Streak since 1996 until Monday. I'm much older and not a twig anymore so I figured I would give it a shot since there was absolutely no line and maybe 6 people on a train. It was actually not to bad, I didn't ride it again but it was tolerable. I would hate to see it torn down but something should be done to bring more riders because it's an awesome structure in my opinion.

The Racer & Vortex at Kings Island are very hard on the head and back. I'm in shape and find it hard to tolerate the jolts. Time to retire those rides.

I won't do Racer anymore. It beats up my legs too much. The lap bar leaves too much of a gap so I get forced up off my butt going up the big hills and my legs have a very painful hard meeting with the lap bar.

She really is not a short woman. You are right though. It was designed by a woman.

Pull the restraint down, don't hit your shoulders with it, be enough to puff your shoulders up during seat checks to touch, and buckle the belt, dispatch, relax, prop your feet on the front of the car (ride in Car 2, row 1, I prefer left, but right is better view and still fun). Anyways feet resting where I said, keep the legs propped there, and then put your hands on the top of the car in front of you, leave them there the entire ride, especially the drop, lots of fun
