JTW Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 Running only one side is not to control when the landmark ride will be. They typically don't run both sides on slow days or in the mornings. This prevents wear and tear on one side of the ride while the line is still manageable. Once it gets busier they let them both loose. When I was registering, the young woman at the registration table noticed my nails and when I told her why I did them she said "Don needs to see these!" Haven't seen him in the park at all today tho, and still nothing unusual going on at The Racer. Consistently a five minute or less wait. Three days at the park in a row is my limit, and I sure can't manage 12 hours at the park today. If anyone here is at the park tomorrow and/or over the weekend, keep us updated. I'll have to live it vicariously. Good luck! So now my war with myself begins. If it doesn't happen until Saturday, especially later in the day, I'm probably going to end up back at the park (I wanted to go to Dinos After Dark anyway).
