Italian Job 2005 Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 So I haven't seen Flight of Fear's ride photo booth operating this year yet. And they seem to have removed Boo Blaster's photo booth completely. Any idea as to why they removed on-ride photos for these two rides? They're both indoor rides... It doesn't do the flash anymore when you shoot the target at the beginning either. Flight of Fear hasn't worked for awhile and Boo Blasters would only be open on busy days and even then no one was buying photos hardly. I'd rarely ever even see anyone looking at their photo. purdude86 Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Yea I do miss making stupid poses for the camera on it but have gotten used to it not being there now. Probably would never have bought a pic from it anyhow. We still manage to get some good shots and poses on many of the other rides though. Italian Job 2005 Posted August 12, 2014 Author Share Posted August 12, 2014 The music removed is due to the fact that they have added FunTVs inside the building in the queue area. They replaced it with FunTV's audio. I guess they weren't making enough money from the 3D glasses, although I suppose if you had a pair from previous years they would still work on the ride. I mean, I feel someone would be just as likely to buy a Firehawk photo as they would be to buy a Flight of Fear photo. Maybe for different reasons, but still likely to buy both.
