Now with the confirmation of Boo Blasters, it's fair to ask if any Chirstmas decorations will be added at all. What do y'all think? My bet is no.

For Winterfest '05 there were rumblings about Scooby Doo and the Haunted Castle receiving a "Christmas Caper" makeover, but that never came to be. So if I were a betting man I'd say that Boo Blasters won't as well, although I'd love to see it happen. I can't imagine it would be too terribly difficult.

^I don't foresee this actually happening, but Sally Dark Rides (who created the sets for Boo Blasters, and Scooby-Doo before that) has built a North Pole Adventure attraction. I imagine the company could easily integrate sets and props from this attraction and create a spooky festive new ride experience.

I actually do know what exactly will be open.

Mystic Timbers

North Pie – Boo Blasters, Pumpkin Coaster, Wind-Up

East Pie – Sally’s Sea Plane, Gliders, Space Buggies, Linus Launcher

Snow Works Sledding Hill

Coney Flats – Dodgem, Scrambler, Zephyr, Carousel

Train

West Pie – Peanuts 500, Red Baron, Joe Cool’s Dodgem School, Character Carousel

These are what are going to be open from a ride operation point of view. That they are staffing.

Not just rumblings. It was announced that way. They backpedaled.
