Like I said before FOF is still listed on PKI's web-site, but the King Cobra will listed half a season when it was being taking down. So who knows right now. Must have just been a website maintenance glitch. Hurler was missing from PKD's site for a while too and Son of Beast and Beast from PKI's today from about 5 to 7 P.M. Things like this happen sometimes, speaking as aformer PC tech and web designer for Belcan I used to accidently misplace links and pictures when performing routine maintenace. Meaning instead of putting the park and Paramount Parks down, you politely state your opinion on the forums, look for the facts, help the park improve. We are a source of help for the park not a source to whine about the park. Carowinds Zone has put so changes ideas for improvement on it's park reviews. So far over time, most of the ideas have been put into a motion by the park(IE, planting flowers). See, even one of the sites administrators sees it. And Rollernut, these forums are a place of opinion, paramount parks doesnt pay for PKIC, EPKI, PKD Place or even the more primative designed carowinds zone, carowinds connection, and wonderland fan sites, members are allowed to state their opinions as they wish even if that means condeming a parks decision or policy, they are opinion pages not official park pages, to force opinion and not allow criticism of the park would make fan sites seem like facist dictatorships and I'm pretty sure we are not in 1939 Berlin, yes I do say. They could pretty much leave it teh same. Throw a few BORG in the stasis tubes and youre golden. Definitely! That would be a quick & easy re-theme! According to the rumors, FoF was originally supposed to have a Star Trek theme. The rumor is that it was to have been themed after the DS9 wormhole. I have no idea whether that was really a serious consideration, but I do remember the rumors at the time... I've always thought that entire area over by FoF could be rethemed to an entire ST area...throw in a Quark's restaurant and "casino" (arcade), a few retail outlets, some props, and the Borg 4D move from Vegas, and you've got a complete ST-themed area (call it "Starfleet Academy" or something like that ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Theme it like starfleet headquarters and make it look like the futuristic 24th century San Fransisco, they could put up big backdrops that are used on movie sets to make it appear and feel as if you are in a larger setting like at MGM. Side Note: FOF has re-appeared on PKD's website on my home pc, notebook, and school computer for journalism class so looks like king tree or whatever was telling the truth.
