That's easy. They advertise that it is cancelled and give instructions how to get a refund. Anyone who doesn't get a refund...that money ends up being forfeited, eventually, to the State of Ohio as unclaimed property...the park does NOT get to keep it.... They are no more adivertisements in the park for it. Also you can no longer purchase tickets. If it is not being held this year, what happens if you bought advanced tickets? please keep checking in the near future and we will have an annoucement on the winterfest closer to the event any further information please let me know. thank you Charlise R.
