New Info On New Sob Trains!

Anyone think this is a temporary solution? Sure, they can buy great trains specially fit for SoB....but why do that if the side is going to be closed? Maybe the ride will be closed in a year or two, and this is just a temporary solution by buying cheap, crappy trains. Go ahead, call me crazy. But another mess up like before and SoB will be done. Yea, the Premier Lap-Bars sucked, but with these G-Trains banging on your legs AND waist....this will be 3 minutes of pure torture. And I am afraid what they will but instead of the loop if it isn't an airtime hill or straight Peice of track. I used to love SoB, it was even a great ride before the incident, but now.....-sigh- this will suck.

Can you say fortune teller?!

There is padding and there is padding. The padding found on PTC's running in Ohio (and Georgia) is high density foam. Virtually rock hard (and vandal proof). In the olden days the padding used to be, and in some other states still is, velvety soft cotton batting, usually covered by genuine leather.

Aren't the seats on the Big Dipper at GL like that?...they're really soft.

And another reference to a former CF ride...
