Out of curiosity has there been anything said about pass holders having to pay for haunts? I'd assume they'd have to pay $10 for regular pass and then additional $15 for conjuring

Passholders pay the same prices for the Haunts as the general public, but also have the option to purchase and All Season Haunted Attractions Express Pass that includes unlimited express for Haunts and 1 time each visit for The Conjuring.  $59.

Thanks to the sale and lower price, VIP is out of sweet snacks and they are watching the remaining snacks closely since the FB hack is for a family to get one Prestige pass and go in and grab snacks for the whole family.

And preferred lot is just about full and was full at times yesterday.

    Caveat emptor.

This is what I afraid would happen.  I feel that $300 was a good price point for the Prestige Pass.  When I saw the $200 price point, in the words of many a Star Wars character, "I have a bad feeling about this."

Along the lines of the FB people "hacking" the system, that's exactly why we don't have the bottled drinks anymore in the lounge.   People would load up on the bottled drinks and walk out of the lounge.  If you want you kids to get the snacks, by them a d*mn Prestige Pass.

Feeling more and more confident in our decision to not renew our passes after this season.

Many say this, even fewer follow through.

What have you decided you will do instead?

We are not really going to replace our passes with another park.  We will take our annual spring break trip to Universal Orlando.  For the summer, we are going to try to take it a little easier.  Use our AMC A-List and go see more movies.  Try to do a bit more hiking.  We haven't ruled out passes in the future, just with the point in our lives, it is the best decision for us to not renew for the next few years.

Also, if they are going to give all the gates away next year, honestly not sure I want to be around for that.

Tried the po boy and pasta salad at French Corner for the first time, and both are quite excellent.  Glad KI has a lighter food option that isn't Subway.

Yeah, that po boy is a top 3 food item in the park for me.  Absolutely love it!  My wife liked the pasta salad.  I am a huge fan of the chips!

Has anyone received their shirt and other items for Coasterstock yet in the mail?   Rumor was it was sent out early May but no sign of it yet or heard anything.

We have not.  The packets were said to be shipped this week, so whether that meant on Monday or Friday?  I’m anticipating them showing up next week.  20 days to go!!!

Seems like KI is in good shape to be ready for the summer crowds coming soon!

Indeed!  We are heading down this evening when I get out of work and then for our annual Mother's Day trip!  Haven't been since preview/opening day due to the crap weather the past 2 Friday's.  Ready to ride!!!

    Great News!

Diamondback is back up to three trains! Operations are great, the train is leaving the station before the 3rd train gets back in the break run (although it just opened for passholders and nobody is riding it ;))

Probably because DB isn't on ERT until August :)

But the 3 trains news is excellent!
