Too bad Poca Dots are in another county . . .
I'm sure this is a riddle of some sort, and I don't get it.
-
Well, they got it wrong. Winfield's official colors are green and black.
My church rented out the wave pool and slides for a party last year, and it's not a bad community pool. I had never been on the slides before then, and they're fun. Glad to see they are getting some TLC.

Glad you see you had a lovely trip! It is a truly incredible park.

At 36 seconds in, does anyone else hear the PA guy say "KGB"?
I did as well. I believe it was said more than once, so perhaps it is the name of a wake boarding trick.

Just thinking alittle bit about the splashdown. I am wondering how loud that will be in the back of the train also being in that area. I wonder if it will vibrate the train at all as well. Sooooo many questions I need to ride it
I usually do not post that often, but I would just like to say that if Diamondback's splashdown is anything like Sheikra at BGA, it's hardly noticeable, unless riding in the back where you may get lucky and feel some mist. In my opinion, it's more of an aesthetic feature than one for thrills, especially compared to the dive machines where the majority of the rows are hanging over the pool. The rooster tails really are mystifying in perosn though as I could watch Sheikra cycle all day, and that will most likely have to do until this summer

You hit the nail right on the head. Diamondback's splashdown has nothing to do with getting wet, it's all about how it looks from the outside.
So does that make it safe to judge this book by it's cover since it is about how it looks from the outside?
Wow, it's late and I'm tired. I'm sorry for the above post. Ignore me.

I have a feeling those geese won't hang around with the trains splashing past.

Ferris Wheel at CP. No joke, it terrified me because I knew that at any moment I could open the door. I prefer to be strapped into a ride unable to remove the safety devices.
That, and ski lifts. Back in December, I went to Snowshoe with my friends who are all avid skiers and I am a beginner. I terrified me every time we got on a lift, and nobody put down the safety bar.

I know I am somewhat in the minority in my opinion on this, but Apollo's Chariot is by far my least favorite B & M hypercoaster, followed closely by Raging Bull, perhaps the coaster that I was most excited about then most disappointed with compared to what I expected. ALL the others I have ridden have been splendid, without exception.
Raging Bull is a great ride. I still stand by that. Now...Iron Wolf on the other hand...

I want to go to Camden Park.

Well..... funny story.
As I posted in the thread that someone created as a poll for this tidbit, what was old and will become new again will be the return of Bubba Gumps Shrimp Shack. Since then, plans have changed and we'll will see the amazing continuation of Outter Hanks. So what's old becomes vintage, I suppose.

Vintage is the new new.

"Mom will be so proud!"

Wait, GAd has is own gas station? Are the prices jacked up?
-
And WaWa is the fanciest, most wonderful convenience store chain I've ever seen!
Only some of them have gasoline, and the one by Great Adventure does. GAd also has its own gas station!HH is Hurricane Harbor, the waterpark.
The pike is of course The New Jersey Turnpike.
There is a better gas station/convenience store than Sheetz? I refuse to believe it.

This is just a test
You passed. A++

It's good to see they got the opportunity to go...now I can't wait for the pictures.
-
Look who I spy!

Could it be our very own KICers?
-
that would be a sweet backyard
and an awesome accent piece
imagine the summer bbq's...
"wow your backyard looks great! who did your landscaping?"
"Adena Corp of course! I have them do it all for my yard. You can't beat the quality!"
-
Perhaps they are just fine tuning the transfer system? That, or it's the coolest $22,000,000 toy ever made.

Some pictures I found of the ride online and thought I'd share.

Or they could just be reading these forums and having a good time with you guys.
"Put it back inside and let's see how long it takes them to notice again."
Imagine the possibilities.
"Hey, Bob. Let's take the train, turn it around backwards and put it back on the track. That will really mess with 'em."
-
IMO I don't think its tacky at all. If you think theming is tacky than you must really thin FOF is a toltal cheese bowl. Or spaghetti bowl LOL.
Seriously I think its coo. It look like a snake slithering fast along the track
I hope it doesn't turn out to be coo. I like the current management system at KI.

I voted because I care!

Could it be an emergency exit?
Probably combination emergency exit along with employee access. So I guess in the event of an emergency...it could be.

What do you think there doing.
Looks like they're building something.

in Kings Island
Posted
I was just thinking this. While I am perfectly happy with what Kings Island is, it must have been meant to be so much more. I noted the guy talking about the golf courses across the highway and mini golf at the campground as well as nature trails there. Does anyone want to elaborate on those for me? As far as I know, they didn't ever exist.
