^haha. I did have fun
I told her she's gonna have to take me through CornStalkers first cause I wanna rawr back at the scareactors if it's as crappalicious as the video.
While I hate the quality in all those videos cause of the crappy night vision and complaining/talking in the backgrounds on the filmers part, that is rude. I actually like Cornstalkers this year, as some other people do as well, not everyone obviously, people have different taste.

PETA isn't gonna get them though. NO ONE takes them seriously.
There are animals that Dept of Fisheries will not approve the release of..best example is Corky2 the elder female orca at SeaWorld San Diego. She has a cateract in one eye, has kidney problems to which she is on meds for, and plus getting older (in her 40s)....AND has no teeth.
Plus...when the orcas specially got released...where would half them go? Icelandic, Pacific Northwest etc blood been mixed in the captive borns. Some would not have been concieved at all if they were in the wild cause her (Orkid) parents by nature would have never met. Where on earth would she go?

I found this funny.

the Department of Fisheries would not approve the release of the animals. Maybe the captured ones (not Corky2, she wouldn't be approved) but not the captive born. It isn't as easy as an owner wanting to release them there is laws and regulations that even stranding teams have to abide by. When a animal is rescued the dept of fisheriers (in SW's case) deems the animal releasable or non-releasable, (for wildlife resuces the dept. of fish and game regulates it) The park has no say in where the animals go, nothing.

I would hope whoever buys them keep those orcas...most people go to those parks to see them.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom - lethargic animals, including Shouka who refuses to perform more than usual and shows agression to her trainers when they enter the water with her. No water works for her....when she used to do them in Marineland France.
Six Flags Magic Mountain - rough rides, and the climate there is horrid that time of year.

Another park chain had serious guest misconduct problems. They dedicated large amounts of money to security, came up with new guest policies, enforced them uniformly and strongly, and no longer have the problems they once did. Some problems? Yes, certainly, but its parks are far cleaner, nicer and less unruly than ever before. Cedar Fair needs to study and think about that. They seem to understand the importance of park cleanliness better than anyone else in the business, but security? It seems less so...
These problems can only be solved when top management makes them a priority...as opposed to walking through the parks completely ignoring smokers outside designated areas, as I have personally seen the top two people in the Cedar Fair chain do on more than one occasion in more than one park...These things are either important to them, or they are not. And by their actions, they have shown us which it is...for now, at least.
Ok Mark has done that, why not dedicate some money to the living conditons of the animals in the Discovery Kingdom park then?

Alot of those facilites are disgusting, makes the Miami Seaquarium look like heaven having Tokitae the killer whale in a swimming pool, at least she is swimming around in clean water.
Look at Shouka's at SFDK

That's a good picture, despite the algea. Now at times you cant even see her cause the algea covers her viewing glass. Lots of dirt, some food, and some other really gross things. The bottom of the other two resting tanks are very gross where she is kept at.
All of the observation glass of just about every animal facility is clouded up with water stains, hand/finger prints, and more stuff. Employees have the time to clean everything in the park, like the glass but i guess its not really assigned to anybody specifically, so nobody does anything about it.
Theres cob/spider webs in just about every corner of the park, Is it so hard to clean them?

From the things I have heard the rides I was able to ride last year would be impossible this year due to changes. Did they add more restraints that would limit larger sized people access to the rides? I heard this but have not visited the park this year so would really like to know if this rumor is true.
Vortex seatbelts are still the same as last year...you rode it fine with me last year so shouldn't be a problem this year
HALLOWEEN HAUNT 2008
