  1. I've got a feeling it's got a few different factors influencing this. 1) Cedar Fair bought too much of this paint (most likely, save those nickels). 2) The next large addition will have this color scheme. 3) Action Zone will be revitalized in the next couple years.

    HELP!

I would probably refrain from wearing jeans. If you are on the verge of getting hired that might be the little set back that keeps you from the job. If you didn't want to look trashy, you'd need a sports jacket of some sort.
  3. It will be roughly 38 miles from Candlestick Park (current Stadium) to their new stadium. This will more than likely make it the furthest stadium from it's naming city, however, most fans will be willing to travel 38 miles in order to keep the name, chances are they won't change. Just for reference. Metlife Stadium at the Meadowlands is 12 miles from New York City and Sunlife Stadium (Dolphins) is roughly 14 miles from downtown Miami. Those are two of the only football stadiums I can think of that aren't downtown.
  4. Doug was also a good friend of mine and I was very shocked and upset to hear this happen so quickly. While Delorean Rider and Ronny knew him much better than I, Doug and I had shared some good times and good trips over the past few years.
  5. I would actually beg to differ that The Beach is doing well. They have a lot of financial issues such as telling employees to go straight to the bank to make sure their check clears and cancelling their Winter event, due to finances.
  6. If you don't like it, don't buy it. Plain and simple. You can get to the platform at 8:00 pm if you want to be at the top. It's a trade off.
  7. This ride has almost no similarity to KC except for the drop into the loop. After that it's completely different. Also green and orange compared to green and yellow?
  8. They already told you the brand it's Global Eyewear, they aren't Oakleys or Ray Bans.
  9. If you frequent that website, they tend to have a humorous/sarcastic vibe on all of their articles. Don't get all huffy and puffy about a joke.
  10. I actually agree. If I am paying $60.00+ to go to an amusement park this year, I want to see professionalism. KI is the same way, if you are stubbly, you need to go shave or go home.
  11. I never said what department did I?
  12. A friend of mine has been placed at The Crypt for this season. I don't think that any of this information is confidential, just wanted to raise some speculation.
  13. I can assure you as of now, the park plans on operating The Crypt this year. As for tearing down the building, highly unlikely. The park would keep the building and convert it before they would tear it down.
  14. I'd like for them to add an Eagles ride so once everyone on here that voted for it gets what they wanted, they can come complain about the capacity and wait time.
  15. ^ I don't think they are too concerned about you not being able to see the webcam when it snows.
  16. I'm not going to speculate much about what I've seen until after this episode airs. Nothing too eerie.
  17. I can tell you right now, I wouldn't be surprised to see some happenings around the park. Now only if they can recreate what I've seen, they may regain some credibility.
  18. Let's argue over footers over footings again too. This isn't just a local message board, you came off sounding like a jerk as usual. Batavia is in GREATER Cincinnati.
  19. I only rode this once, back when I was about 6 years old. I still remember it, because it was one of the most terrifying things I'd experienced to that point.
  20. That would be great. I'd also really like to see the Haunt extend out into the Bay Soak City or Picnic Grove area. That's the next logical step, they already took over Planet Snoopy.
  21. There are many jerks on here. - Your resident jerk.
  22. I'm glad you guys can read so well. It's available on cd, but read.
  23. ^ Good point. I honestly think this rides days are numbered. Maybe not next year, maybe not the year after that, but it's certainly on its way out. As far as removing the building, very doubtful. KI still has the old lion's den from the safari and the monkey cages on property. They will find a use for that building, whether it be used for a future Haunt attraction, or merely storage. Unfortunately it's quite the eye sore in Rivertown.
  24. Do you realize how long that coaster would be? That's way too long.
  25. It won't be the last time you are wrong either Dwight. Thank you Terpy for backing me up. I know that KI spent quite a bit of the 2010 expendature to modify the bathrooms to be more ADA complaint.
