Hypersonic is just not a well designed ride, it uses regular tires instead of wheels, which you have to maintain pressure on, the air launch has issues and I hear it's uncomfortable.

I hope they upcharge it this year, the two years it was an upcharge were it's best. That's just my opinion.

I'm pretty excited, by the way it used to be Trail of Terror before it was Psycho Path.

I really don't think the Flight Commander pad is suitable for the weight or size of TR:TR. They could do some work with the land they have around it though.

Very true, maybe they'll use the troughs of WWC like they do for their haunted attraction up at CP.

Sounds great, doesn't sound like they are going to force some crap in Action Theatre like they usually do. Seems like Cedar Fair sees how big of a hit KI is this time of year and wants to step it up a little. I'm excited to see the execution of the train ride, from what I hear last year it was horrible. Club blood seems kind of small for an attraction, but I haven't seen the building up close so I can't really judge. I'm guessing Red Beards Revenge is going to be where the western house was last year? Looks like HH will be my first trip to the park this year, regardless, I"m pumped...

Awesome, 13 attractions sounds great, let's not count 2 in Action Theatre though. I heard some things about how intense some of these attractions are going to be, and I am pumped.

Even if they do "lose" some of their power I'm sure there is some absurd factor of safety built into the design of the ride to insure it doesn't plummet to the ground. Apples to oranges on the Magnum deal, last time I checked magnets work just as well when wet.

Drop Zone is probably the safest ride in the park to be honest. The magnetic breaks guarentee that it is not going to hit the ground. That's pretty bad that Drop Zone just had it's cable replaced and they are already ruined. Oh well, looks like I'm not riding it when I go.

That is the same exact spot where Flight Commander was located, I promise. I have been down in the old queue (I used to work at Eurobungy, so I was allowed) and you can see where they filled in the center of the platform. The old queue is in utter disarray. I believe that the booth that you see may have been the operators booth. The entrance and exit of Eurobungy were the exit for Flight Commander. I believe Drop Zone was originally going to go where Eurobungy is now, I remember seeing a sign advertising it back in 1997 or 1998.

That's probably just 75,000 this year I would imagine. How can someone think they can get away with this...

I'm going to say C then D. The X car coasters are totally unique, and I hear the restraints are very comfortable. Impulse coasters are fun, but we already have a shuttle coaster as is. The half pipe is too much like avatar.

I think that the pipeline is probably north enough to not affect KI at all. It doesn't bother me one bit.

Adjectives have a way of changing nouns, weird.

They need to just tear it out, it was fun the first few times, but with all the potential a top spin has, it's just quite lackluster in my opinion.

I wouldn't count on a name change, I like Fear Fest better though. I've always been a fan of FearFest and enjoy going but nothing has even come close to impressing me as much as Fear Fest I.

Kings Dominion still has Skyrider, so you can knock that out of the water, also Mantis at CP is very similar to Chang in height and length, Chang has one more inversion. Riddlers Revenge however is very different from both. I would say that KI is probably not getting another stand-up, they just aren't comfortable and have poor capacity. If they want to bring a floorless with a similar layout, I'm all for it.

They added a permanent entrance to the Asylum this year as well, seems as though Fear Fest isn't going anywhere. I believe the soon to be fired (probably) KIMAN said it will be warehouse space for games during the regular season.

They recently removed the brakes on Drop Zone, the air cushion it falls onto stops the ride. The magnets depolarized themselves. /sarcasm

Yeah, there has to be a group of volunteers I believe it has to be 10 or more, and you will work in food or games more than likely food. They do not take volunteers in the rides department for obvious reasons.

Maybe they'll build a giant Moses parting the waters of the wave pool...

It's not very hard to edit video to change colors. I've seen it done on Six Flags commercials a lot, as they tend to use pretty stock footage. If I remember correctly an old Six Flags brochure (forget what park) had a picture of Vortex on the cover!

I heard that everytime that Eurobungee starts a cycle that the whole park browns out...
