DUT stands for Down Under Thunder, one of the original sets of slides in Boomerang Bay:
Many people complain of its age and that it is not a very comfortable slide nor has it received TLC In awhile and has been rumored to be removed for some sort of new attraction in the waterpark possibly for 2008. I personally dont know if its a good slide or not, I havent ridden it since I was probably 8 years old.
last time i rode this water slide i got stuck half way down it and had to push myself down the rest of the way and that wasn't that much fun

Basically if someone makes a post that's in violation of the Terms of Service agreed to when you signed up for these forums, I just delete it and deal with it on an individual level. However, sometimes we can't get to single posts fast enough and someone makes some sort of rude comment and 5 or 10 people respond to it with more rude comments. At that point, it's hard to salvage the thread.
so was it because of my topic i started or haunt guy calling my dad a whale?

If I get in line before my party, I will let others go in front of me so my family won't line jump. It's the right thing to do. Go to the restroom before you get in line, so these problems can be avoided. Yes, I do say something to those who cut me, however they just ignore me and proceed to their group at the front of the line.

sure and sorry i just don't see Cedar Fair doing eather of your suggestions for Kings Island.
i know Cedar Fair is known for there parks with record breaking rides but Kings Island was the top paramount park and Cedar Point is Cedar Fairs top park and now Kings Island is the one with the shorter stick so we will have to get use to start geting things after Cedar Point
but hopefully we will not end up the same way that geauga lake has
and expecially with a taller Son of Beast just because top thrill was such a problem and Son of Beast was like fifty times a bigger problem and i don't think that Cedar Fair will build another 200 foot tall wooden coaster or another 400 foot tall steel coaster

the main reason that line jumpers at Kings Island make me mad is the fact that the workers won't do any thing about it even though in the park map it says
"to ensure all guest have a fair opportunity to enjoy a ride line jumping is not allowd at Kings Island. ............. any guest who line jumps regardless of the reason may be asked to Go to the end of the line, leave the ride entirely, or leave the park with no refund given"
so with me i guess it is partly the fact that someone is line jumping and partly because the park staff 9 times out of 10 won't do anything

Yes, as a general rule, you should at least attempt to use proper grammar and spelling. It makes reading the forums easier for everyone involved. And I`ll admit that your sentence was rather brutal to read.
some times i just get typing to fast and my fingers add and remove words that make my senteces hard to read trust my i sometimes have difficulties reading my senteces

i couldn't see eather being put at ki just because of who ownes the park now for the steel it is because i dought Cedar Fair would pass that up with Cedar Point being their main park and i dought any wooden coaster taller than sob just because they have payed out the butt to keep Son of Beast alive then again they have kept top thrill and that was a big problem too

Although i have never been to Geauga Lake, I think its a good move. One it will no longer compete against Cedar Point, and Kings Island In Ohio, Second they can sell the flat rides AND the land to lower the debt, Third it will allow them to expand and draw even more people if the sell the land for Condos/houses and fourth IT IS STILL OPENING IN 08' (although its only the water park). Although there are some disadvantages to making it a water park only is it will lose respect for CF and the park, many of the GL enthusiast will protest. some good rides will meet the ax. there probably more good as well as bad advantages.

i would like to see the 4-D ride that was directly before the spongebob one where you were the crash test dummy or what ever it was and the eagles

And with regards to someone mentioning Son of Beast getting stuck upside down. It never was stuck in the loop with riders. The first season it was open, a train did get stuck half way up the lift hill, and the riders had to be evacuated down the lift stairs.
i would have bet money that Son of Beast got stuck upside down with people more that once and as for seven every one makes a mistake but top gun may be your ride but Son of Beast is my ride

It would be cool if we got either the tallest, longest, fastest inverted roller coaster.. Or that B&M dive machine i designed, or... another wooden roller coster taller than SOB, and have the steepest drop on a wooden roller coaster.

If where not getting a ride like Behemoth, then what do you think we could be getting?

hopefully for a roller coaster something around 300 ft just because to be one of the most visited parks in the country we have rather short rides and for a thrill ride something like skyhawk at Cedar Point

well everyone in line around me was from Geauga Lake because they were complaining about how long the line was compared to when it was at Geauga Lake and wouldn't you think people that went to other parks would be used to standing in long lines

this actually sounds like a great idea to replace top gun i mean its not like top gun is the reason people are coming to the park and a new ride would do the park good because it wouldn't be everyone coming from a park the ride was moved from to begain with like with Firehawk.

i would like the worlds first giga-diving coaster to find its home at ki and put it were top gun is and for nick central how about a small version of delerium for them i mean it would keep the small but there theme of taking big rides and shrinking them for the little kiddies those examples are the fairly odd coaster(small version of beast), danny phantom flyers(somewhat small version of Firehawk),plankton plunge(small version of drop zone),and wild thornberrys(small version of congo falls)

i forgot one thing and i don't see how but i would love to see the looping Son of Beast back and just to see what it was like king cobra even though it looks like alot of nothing compared to the mantis at cp and imo mantis wasn't all that great eather
