Care-uh-winds / care-oh-winds are the two I regularly hear

Kings Island is gonna start to feel more like a destination!

I say they're there. You say they're not. Schrödinger aside, we can't both be wrong. Either your memory is failing or mine is. (And between you and me, I know which is the culprit. ) The link to the park's FAQ mentions that all guests, employees, and even management must pass through metal detectors. Last year after a violent skirmish, even more security measures were put in place, verified by this article which again mentions the metal detectors that've been there since 1993. Kennywood uses metal detectors. It needs them. Pittsburg is not Cincinnati. West Mifflin (median household income 2013: $24,090) is not Mason (median household income 2013: $86,814). You misunderstood me. "both" speaking about me and my friend that I went to Kennywood with. I said earlier "I dont remember any wands or metal detector arches.. just a bag check according to the person I went with" Very passionate response though! I didn't speak very clearly when I was addressing your name.
-
Bkroz. We're both wrong. Dont remember them still. Didnt think they'd be listed on the site.
-
Maybe similar to KI in that they only USED to have them... only obviously not following 9/11 like with KI and many other parks
-
Though, with the exampleof Kennywood.. I dont remember any wands or metal detector arches.. just a bag check according to the person I went with.

^^ Thankfully. I think everyone was getting bored with those performers. They were all pretty sub-par. Right? Guys?? ....... um.. *silence*

Such a shame.. hope his family is alright -
I don't, but Holiday World has a photo.. much higher up, of The Legend in "1999/2000" https://twitter.com/HolidayWorld/status/703226757915127809 Also... http://www.ultimaterollercoaster.com/coasters/new00/hw_legend/hw_legend_photo_feb_7.html

Actually, according to a study done by the American Meteorological Society in the late 90s, forecasts that far in advance are no more accurate than what the lay-person can do. At that point, it is just as accurate as flipping a coin. It turns out the weather is very...unpredictable. I was speaking out of assumption. If that study is accurate still, and maybe predicting the chaos has gotten slightly better, then ai predict clear skies, with no rain! Warm weather that is neither too hot, nor too cold.
-
THOSE signs? You mean they already exist and have been used before?
-
Be that as it may. It will still give a far better guess than what the average folk can do. It still frames a good guess... it's still just projected weather patterns.
-
I imagine the dog show will likely be more just cute. Kids will love it, adults will love it once, and then be content with it. Origins will feel like a cirque-esque sequel with probably a different format in show style.

Wow. I had no idea they were doing THAT to the ending two turns.. I don't have the regret for missing Holiday World this year now. I thought they were making Legend more intense and I was wanting to ride.. at first. Sparky. That's the exact reason I absolutely love Voyage. One of the few coasters that leave me feeling out of breath and feeling like I endured something incredible.. without having to inflict pain in me. I don't care if certain people despise it. I thnk thrir conclusion of the ride is wrong[emoji14]but I still like it. I really wish they wouldnt make the MCBR permanent, and I havent seen proof that it is yet. (2015 I've ridden without it trimmed, but a POV from late 2015 was trimmed so maybe Im wrong.) But even if it does come full stop.. it picks up enough speed at the end that you don't really notice anymore.. but it's as annoying as KI's FOF full stop, and people still love that ride. And yeah, is it just me or is there veey often annoying problems with flat rides lately? Classics are classics because they work? Haha

Id rather they allow you to upload your picture to be printed on a pass and then mailed in (KK does it and I really really appreciate it).. just make sure your system tells you if it's going to print a 1x1 ratio or not.. skewed ratios look silly. Even if you print at home.. you can print your photo onto a ticket.. or it could be on your phone.. i just feel like fingerprint is unneccessary and I dont wanna touch that thing.. i know thats a ridiculous complaint.. but it's more at the front of my mind than restraints and whatnot. *shrug* Someone make a fingerprint scanner that requires no contact
-
Yeah. A human touch is a nice thing to have.. even in 2016
-
I personally hope they don't start doing the finger print scanning...
-
They will have lanes dedicated for pass holders, that has been announced. And having the employees makes it not an automated process haha which is what I was criticising and saying that it isn't probable due to (see my last post)
-
Also, if it were automated, people could give their friend, who bought a ticket, their season pass (maybe they're working that day) and essentially letting the one-day ticket holder steal in order to get free parking.
-
Added proof
-
You know it's the Off Season when everyone is getting excited for Opening Day and you're all like "yeah yeah yeah, but Kings Island is the real Opening Day for me"
-
Let alone, if you don't know what EZ Pass is.. My first time coming up to one, I almost went to the clear lane and.. idk what kind of ticket I would have received And I'm almost positive that the parking toll plaza will not be automated at all..
