Pretty nice much better than the maps I drew when I was 7 years old!

Ice shows seem to travel from various Cedar Fair parks as the circus themed show does and has, and as Ed Alonzo had for a good number of years. I saw an ice show at Kings Island a number of years ago, and then just last year I think Cedar Point had an ice show, showcasing many of the same skaters, some different ones. Cedar Point's I know for sure was themed to The Peanuts.

Yeah, I don't wanna even follow them in case they ever decide to steal one of my photos.. not that I post Kings Island photos often but.. It's polite to cred. photographers when possible.

Whatever happens, im gonna leave the worrying up to the people getting paid, and a few of you appatently [emoji14]. Ive always been impressed with holiday world (Pilgrims Plunge days aside). Im pretty confident that they won't fudge this up. Though, a new element, Id feel a little weird, like they're messing with what's already great

Which is precisely why Carowinds has their gate coaster located... in front of the gate, instead of as the gate.

So do you think The Beast will get the new PTCI360 trains?
calakapepe replied to Oldschool75's topic in Kings Island
Hades 360, so I hear, is regarded as a very rough coaster too already. Not sure is Renegade became the same way though, making my point moot. -
https://youtu.be/FHn_LewVZkg Now we already know that Cedar Fair has tested and supposedly are still testing this at Canada's Wonderland. But this video makes me a little excited for this future. Maybe a coaster train that has the headset connected to the seat. To see people's reaction after using this technology makes me think it will be an awesome thing for a new coaster or a ride that isnt very thrilling alone.

Im gonna drop this interview here. (From the middle to the end) They talk about Ghostrider being 50% retracking 50% reprofiling. MCBR will only be a mid-course... run! And the ending will have magnetic brakes https://youtu.be/Wfb5MlIPNnM -

Could be interesting to point out (unless I'm wrong about Flight of Fear) But so Flight of Fear has never entirely, simultaneously seen the light of day. Whereas, despite being constructed in a building also, Tomb Raider The Ride has.

A great tower is like a Jenga tower.

It truly was an incredible experience combining a real, intense thrill ride with great imersive lights and effects. It made me excited for Kings Island's future when it first came out and I rode it, thinking that things as great as this could become more common.. it made me excited.

Two big garage doors.. but giant ones apparently weren't needed Also, there's some cool photos of the ride here http://www.technifex.com/portfolio/tomb-raider-the-ride

I hope they can fix this, personally. -
Dang it. I got excited. I thought this was gonna be a new topic about how they're right now painting it. Although I suppose they wouldnt ever repaint it unless it's ealier in the year, if they ever did again.

In The Loop is a good way to see a good chunk of amuesement park news if you spend a fair amount of time on Youtube also during the off season.
-
Not to mention it kind of makes the park seem less prestine when the employee has to go, oh, that ride actually isn't around anymore. A park's image is significant, even in the small ways, no?
-
Doesn't the in-park signs also refer to The Crypt? I don't remember entirely, but Im fairly sure I walked past one and thought "oh that ride isnt even here anymore" (Where all the kids get measured and receive their height wrist bands)

Reminds me of the texture maps when I used to play NoLimits and would make my own train designs. I hope that the panels have a good texture rather than just a printed sheet of "wood" -
The push for red paint might get pressure from the manufacturer, seeing as they seem privy to the color aswell. Luckily, some Six Flags parks are now opting for colors other than red or orange.

Love a ride that swoops all the way to the ground <3 (Beast, Banshee, Backlot etc.)
