I'm keeping a close eye on KK. For the first time in its history, I think its making some amazingly positive changes. From what I hear, the investment shows - and the revitalization will continue.
Me too. I actually want to go this year to see all the changes they have had time to make the last few years.

They moves stuff in and out of there almost every year at this time. I honestly do not think it means anything significant, but I realize we still want to dream of what can happen with it!

That is sad news for this park! I hope they can reevaluate and come back stronger in 2027.

Just had a change to get this together today from last Friday!

There is a reason I did not post the AI designs on the KIC social channels. The channels that did, the replies are nothing but negative feedback on the designs.

I was looking at the merch and this one really popped out. Sorry the shirt is not flat for the best look of the logo. Does the normal park guest not realize or care the train's placement is not practical and makes no sense?

On Friday, it took me right at an hour to get through the Fastlane line. When I was a few people behind the Fastlane scanner (where the 3 lines merge) there was a person sighing the green sheets in the exit hall. They would just open the door and lets 2 or 3 groups in. Groups being a family/those together. Then one group from the regular queue and a group from Fastlane. So 3 to 4 groups of people for 1 group in the regular line. I felt bad for the regular line queue for they were really getting the shaft on throughput.

Agree on it being more of a Fall thing and would love a lemony - herb chicken there. The food needs to match the season.
The grilled chicken they had at KD's Grain and Grill last year was very good. I would not mind that at all!

Eiffel Tower took a page out of KD with no attendant at the elevator door and was replaced with a gate and sign to "Please Wait for Elevator Operator" and to no surprise, people walk past the gate to push the elevator button...
I am hoping this is temporary, and an opening weekend thing, but you may be right. It could be another cost cutting measure.

I enjoyed the pork and the new beef at Grain and Grill. Both were very good. I prefer the Alfredo pasta over the parks mac n cheese. So I am very happy to have that at Grain and Grill. I might be eating a lot of my meals there this season.

I have updated our Monster page. The top photo was taken Friday and the one at the bottom of the page is from a few years ago. You can see the difference in lighting.

Spotted Tony helping out earlier in Enrique's helping work through the long line
There are two Tony's now. The Tony Carovillan the Park Manager and Communications director Tony Clark. I assume you are talking about the park manager since Tony C. went back to CP on Friday.

Burgundy beef. BAD replacement for soy glazed. Weird taste. Weird texture. Like a pasty stew with sad carrots. Definitely a step down.
I actually liked it. Sometimes the soy beef was very dry and this had a good taste and was very tender. The pork was very good today too.

They were not doing that when I rode earlier in the day.

So no more bluegrass covers?! That would be such a blessing!
They were fine for one season, but after that got stale quick.

You can thank me for making part of the extended queue line for Phantom Theater.
You work at the park now?

I just got off a little bit ago and I must say the attention to detail was a very good . The interactive flashlights (which I was unsure how that would work) turned out very fun and kids are going to absolutely love it. All in all, I think they now have a new hit at Kings Island that will create family memories for generations to come.
