The view showcased in the images above is really nice to have because it showcases three different eras of Kings Island history (Coney Island, the original Kings Island, and the modern Kings Island) within one vantage point. (That could be a nice social media post once Spring comes around!)

Thank You, but why wait until Spring?

Too much skyline, or too much Panda Express?

Lol, I don't remember the last time I had skyline in the park and Panda is very seldom. I went by that bathroom a lot while I was taking pictures and looking at Invertigo.

The one by Invertigo was actually very quiet this year . . almost forget you're at KI.  Also like the one by The Bat.  Outside of AZ I like the Brewhouse.

I gravitated towards that one a lot this year.

Not counting the kids area, the next section that I think that would need an expansion/refurbishment would be Action Zone (based on time of last addition/refurb). To me the only section that is acceptable to be filled before that is The Vortex plot.

Very much in agreement with you here.

  5. Pasted from the park: Due to inclement weather, Kings Island will be closed today, Dec. 13, 2025, and tomorrow, Dec. 14, 2025.

Guests who have purchased tickets for Dec. 13, 2025 and/or Dec. 14, 2025, may use them any other WinterFest operating day through 12/31/2025.

Some things I expect to see happen with John Reilly as CEO are ticket and season pass prices being raised, a stronger focus on customer service, and less regionalization with departments. It will eventually get back to the way it was and should be with more boots on the ground at the park level.

All that sounds great! I hope your are correct.

Updated mobile apps across the chain.

    • I'm greatly hoping for individual park apps instead of one giant Six Flags app.

Not me. Less apps on my phone the better. Open one app, pick the SIX park I am visiting, and get all the info I need. Simplify it.
