Yes, that's it. How did you get it to look like that? My page looks like something out of the 1990s, and I can't figure out how to make it look better.

I found a link to this year's information in a GKTW email newsletter. Home page for the event: http://support.gktw.org/site/PageNavigator/coastingforkids.html KI's registration page: http://support.gktw.org/site/TR?fr_id=1236&pg=entry My donation page: http://support.gktw.org/site/TR/CoastingForKids/General?px=1071755&pg=personal&fr_id=1236 Note that this year they are doing the fundraising directly through GKTW's website, rather than using FirstGiving. The system is not as clear as the FirstGiving system was, but hopefully this will get rid of FirstGiving's transaction fees. As far as the itinerary, we're starting at 9:00 am instead of 8:00 am this year. We have Diamondback from 9 to 10, then Red Racer from 10 to 6 (which is an hour later than previous years). We also get a half hour on Banshee starting at 10:30 pm. Shirts appear to be purple this year. I have taken the liberty of creating Team KICentral, so I hope to see you there!

There's a Panda Express on Tylersville Rd. Just go 4 miles past that Penn Station and it's on the left. Is that the one near EnterTRAINment Junction? If so, that's the same one I went to with the group back on our meetup on the 1st of the month.

^^ You're missing three things from that screenshot: two ads (a banner at the very top and a box above the countdown) and the Flash slideshow above the "latest Kings Island news" bar. Do you have an ad-blocker installed? If so, that could possibly be killing the slideshow as well (some of the more annoying ads out there use Flash), so you might want to check your settings.

Take plenty of cool photos, including some on-ride photos at The Beach if and only if they allow it (the website is silent, so I'll need to ask management when I get to the park in May). Ermahgerd, we need this. Are you familiar with Xbox Live Achievements and Playstation Network Trophies? Let's meta-game Kings Island this year. I will get started immediately. I'm in!

Falcons Fury at Busch Gardens Tampa

No, the resort is the Universal Orlando Resort. There is technically no such thing as "Universal Studios Orlando". Trademarks: they're important, apparently. -

Not according to the resort's own website. -
This is the Brady Bunch episode from the early 70s. See the thread title. It just started.

^ Have you considered the fact that your brother might be a closet enthusiast?

IIRC, there aren't any.

You've "been there done that" because you were an employee there. I am not. As for hotels, unless I'm staying in an on-site hotel or camping, I prefer Wyndham brands so I can get (or redeem) rewards points. I could get a room at the Knights Inn in Sandusky for 8,000 points, but for a seven-hour turnaround, I'm very hesitant to stay off-site because that would cut into my sleep time and would mean having to drive in the morning while probably not fully awake.

Yeah, having the lights on in FoF's spaghetti bowl is only interesting to enthusiasts. For the general public, it ruins the ride.

I dont think the ebach new slides are rumors anymore, They said on there FB Page that They Would Be Annoucing somthing soon. Ive heard it will be 2 new slides This year. With the Removal of the old Sled Slides (From The Beach On Ice) I could see a Slide going there, And one near/where the old petting zoo was. Has it been mentioned whether the slides will be for adults or tailored to children? It seems like an awfully large expenditure for a park one year out of bankruptcy to have 2 new adult slides. I could see it being two child slides or 1 adult slide. Remember that the company that owns The Beach now is not the same one that filed for bankruptcy. The new owners own family entertainment centers across the nation, and as such have deeper pockets and the ability to spread the contents of those pockets around their various holdings unevenly, much like Cedar Fair might do with a big coaster here, a large flat ride there, and just general park improvements over there.

USF is also Universal Studios Florida, which is the formal name of one of the two individual theme parks at the Universal Orlando Resort (the other being Universal's Islands of Adventure). -
So here's an unusual bug. It's been around for well over a year, maybe two or three, but I just now pinpointed what circumstances it occurs under. Under certain circumstances, posts made in a thread shortly after you post in that same thread will not be marked as unread posts. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a secondary browser, load KIC, and make sure that you are logged out in that browser. 2. Open your primary browser, and log into KIC. 3. Pick a thread. Although the bug can occur in any forum, I recommend choosing a thread in a forum visible to unregistered users, as that will make reproduction easier (as will choosing a highly active thread). 4. Post in that thread. 5. After posting, click a link to reload the thread list (I do not know if this also occurs when using the back button in your browser at this step). 6. Leave your primary browser sit untouched and use the secondary browser, logged out, to monitor the thread for new posts. You can also click to other threads in the same forum in your primary browser, provided that you return to the thread list with your browser's back button and your browser is not one that reloads the page from scratch when you click back (I think IE does this). The key is to not reload the thread list or navigate outside that forum in your primary browser until new posts have been made in the thread you posted in. 7. Once you see through the logged-out secondary browser that new posts have been made in the thread you posted in, go to your primary browser and reload the thread list. 8. You will now find that the new post(s) do not show up as new/unread posts; the thread is marked as read even though you have not read the posts after yours. This isn't that annoying, usually, but tonight I almost missed blocks of five or more posts twice, in the random discussion thread and the random food discussion thread. Any idea what's causing this?

U mad bro? ...huh? I knew last fall that I would not have the money for Cedar Point in the budget this year, between the cost of admission (Platinum Pass upgrade/daily tickets) and a hotel room. Overnight travel, period, just isn't in the cards for this year. But if I can camp for free and get free admission, then I'll be grateful for the opportunity, and I'd be a fool to pass it up.

If USF still offers the Orlando Magic ticket, you can get a package that includes USF, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, in a park hopper style ticket just like Disney World. It's called the Orlando FlexTicket. One ticket gets the bearer unlimited access to USF, IOA, SeaWorld Orlando, and their associated waterparks for 14 consecutive days starting from the date the ticket is first used. Price is $320 + tax for an adult ticket or $300 + tax for a child ticket. BGT is not included in the base ticket; it requires a $40 (+ tax) upgrade to the FlexTicket Plus. -
I registered yesterday. I really hope I get chosen, because otherwise I can't do this at all. I don't have the money for a hotel room, so camping for free is the only way I can go. But if I don't get chosen, that's OK also, because I wasn't planning to go to Cedar Point this year anyway. So this would just be a nice bonus.

There's a "ka-chunk" sounds after it reaches the top. Six seconds after that sound is when it drops, every time.
