  1. Thanks for that link.

Any distinctive name, symbol, or word is designated as trademarked with the symbol TM.

..however I've never seen any park area with that symbol next to the name, whether it be on the map or a sign. In order for a name to be a trademark, does the TM symbol need to be next to the name?

  2. I would hope they would alternate rides like Action Zone & rivertown.

Action Zone and Rivertown are..... yadda, yadda, yadda... You get the gist. :P

Actually, Rivertown and Action Zone aren't registered trademarks of Cedar Fair, but they should still be capitalized anyways because they're proper nouns.

  3. "Prominent: standing out so as to be seen easily; conspicuous; particularly noticeable."

You said S&S isn't a big manufacturer. I said the products produced by S&S and Arrow are not comparable. How are these statements similar?

  4. Hey...let's drop the subject. There's obviously a reason for the request but I don't care what it is. The main thing we need to know is that NO unauthorized testing pictures are to be posted here. Period. End of story.

Is anyone else getting déjà vu?

  5. It honestly depends if the driver doing start-ups in the morning remembers to turn it on (which is something they should do). Its a minuscule thing that often gets overlooked.

Ditto with Flight Deck, Adventure Express, and maybe ~50% of the rides with music. Others though, like Drop Tower and Invertigo, have their soundtracks synced with the ride. When the cycle starts, so does the music.

Some rides in the park have(or had) music that synced with the ride automatically(IE: Crypt). But in the case of The Beast, it was as simple as pushing in a button.

Is this the reason why Adventure Express' lights and sound are never consistent on a day to day basis?
  6. The regular ones are more fun.

    See Kings Dominion.

I wouldn't be so sure. ;) I actually liked the amount of hang time we got on KI Crypt rather than KD Crypt, though KD's did provide more of an "out-of-control" feeling. KI's felt more immersive, which I think is half the fun, but I can't attribute all of that to Cedar Fair.
