Going to Guam haha I'll be there for four years

I have to say I would love to ride that ride. Drop Towers haven't really innovated much for quite some time, this is a whole new thrill. Def. going to be an attraction of the year that I'm going to hate that I'll miss out on. All this workup and watching 2014 rides...won't be on anything for four years...lol

In regards to the recent flame war, this was posted, many should go take a gander

I figured I'd post a topic with some ideas regarding the great battle that took place yesterday. Keyboards went flying on both ends and many caps locks were pressed, and both sides lost nothing.<br /> <br />However in light of the recent trajedy I figured this would be a good time to post some ideas to maybe enlighten people, so the fascist Intamin fanboys could keep peace with the far east Bolliger & Mabillards, so the keyboard nation won't lose their beloved caps locks to the rage quitters again.<br /><br />All comedy aside now, yesterday was ridiculous. This post can be used for those old and new today, and in the future. So I have a bit of reference material and ground rules to possibly help prevent rage quitting by all in the future.<br /><br />1. This is an online free forum, as long as the TOS are followed, people can post anything and everything they want, again, as a reminder ANYONE can post ANYTHING.<br /><br />2. New members are typically ignorant, arrogant, and almost come in with a lack of anything, especially the free publicity the site has been given as of late and with the announcement of a new coaster underway, it happens to every coaster enthusiast site everytime (see pointbuzz prior to Gatekeeper)<br /><br />3. New members are often on the onslaught of attack by more senior members, but younger ones accused of flaming/trolling. This does go both ways, as looking through the decoding thread, there were several people attacking the new individual with their beliefs and ideas. I for one am a huge arrow fanboy, I could go all day against B&M & Intamin, ect. I however will eventually get shot down and considered the same as the new user, but again, the trolling and flaming is a double edged sword that strikes both sides down<br /><br />4. A member can repeat their post or ideas as much as they want (again, relating to me being an arrow fanboy). There is nothing that they are violating or doing wrong. Yes they not truly be contributing, but you can't harp on them or be angry at them for doing such, it's their choice to post what they'd like, just like their entitlement to hold an opinion, again refer to topic 1.<br /><br />5. The accusations by more senior members here is quite pathetic. Unless you specifically can view the e-mail, IP addresses, or other credentials to verify it is the same person, this is pretty childish to do, and also aids to the flame war's beginning.<br /><br />6. People need to stop being so attached and angry over this forum. It's a FREE and online FORUM (please look up the definition) available to the PUBLIC, notice important information has been labeled in all caps. If you're getting upset because there is an Intamin Fanboy that just seems to be ignorant, or people like me that don't take crap from people, either hit ignore, just ignore over the post, or just relax. There are alot more important things to be worried about than rage quitting on a FREE PUBLIC FORUM.<br /><br />7. For this post to be effective, please forward to new and incoming members, refer back to this when needed, and please read information from start to finish to effectively retain all entailed.<br /><br />8. Rcrwizard...it's his views, his ideals, and his posts...it's a free forum he can do what he pleases...just because you don't "see" b&m fanboys attacking doesn't mean they don't. If you look there were quite a few intamin attack posts in the past few posts. Why are you mad at the guy, shutup, post, and enjoy the forum and get over it. This goes to all members now, people are people and they will always be this way, just move. Now I know why mods always seem prissy or moderate the hell out of everything like pointbuzz...people being stupid just like this

Tallest loop on an invert would be a world record...but...it's a meh record IMO I hope for a B&M prototype or something we don't expect at all, I want to be surprised and shocked. I doubt if it will happen, but honestly it looks awesome and will be, but not to the level I was with TTDs announcement, or kind of with Gatekeeper (it's world records are lame as hell).

I see what you're saying and slightly agree...I hope this new ride has a reason to have all of this hype and attention. If it's nothing new, crazy, or totally exciting I'll be slightly disappointed. However will it still be good, I would say of course, or at least probably. I just hope it lives up to everything that seems to be of this ride. Give me good new records, not "tallest loop on an invert." "Tallest invert in Ohio" ect...

So for everyone that is interested or whatever... Currently they are adding to the Employee Rec...it's a small gym, pal out, subway restaurant, pool table, ect..Dunno what's being added or why, noone used the rec really other than for subway. The gym portion had broken treadmills & stuff while I was there, it was better to get a gym membership at the local anytime fitness or whatever. Hopefully this means that the rec center will turn around. In the future they'll build a 3 story dorm next to the 1400's (building L shaped next to yellow proposed 3 story dorm for the future) Man...I miss and don't miss living in 1400's. I blared Gorillaz, Daft Punk, ect. all day and night, partied hard, and had lots of memories of happenings in my room I wonder who occupies it now lols

I just can't wait from speculation to start talking about construction, elements, and overall excitement for 2014 I still find it hilarious that I will not have a chance to ride this in 2014 as I'll be in Guam for 4 years...this is my last coaster season for a few years or unless I come home on leave anytime soon

Geeze...that poor ride this year. I'm not a huge eurofighter fan, however the random bits of theming, music, and ride concept are one of my favorites this year in terms of new coasters for 2013. It's one of the few rides I wish I could ride but eh.. Which support was it link can't open on .mil network
