The only reason I think KI may get Banshee over other parks is, KI has a bit of a, doesn't care attitude about stuff like this. At CP they thought it would tarnish the image and was somewhat taboo'ed. However, KI has Ed Alonzos soon to be hyped up haunt show, Halloween Haunt, and midget wrestling. I think Banshee is acceptable

Ok got some time for lunch. Anyways DB was stacking a bit towards the beginning of the season. I was there Sat and while waiting for the gf & her best friend to get off of work and meet back up I was up on Eifel Tower south plat and watched DB cycle. It was moving quite good that evening so the crew on Fri afternoon like 1700-1800 was great. My only complaint I saw was the train is sending empty seats/rows often. At first I figured maybe faulty restraint and that row was closed off, but when it rolled into the station and reappeared on the lift it was filled. Not sure why their crowd (person at platform entrance @ top of stairs) wasn't pairing up singles or keeping the rows full but whatever. Little things like this are all that's left to making a crew great. Hopefully in due time, shaky start, getting better, just needs a little more of a nudge. It doesn't take much to turn around, find some empty rows and assign/suggest the empty seats, get a group of three and try to pair a single rider, or whatever. Like I said, little things now. I stand by previous stuff as the crew was pretty bad, but now, there is improvement. All in all they're moving forward from their starts, we shall see how they turn out

I will admit when I went Fri, they were running pretty good. However there was a 30 min queue and empty rows were being sent, which I don't understand why. However more details later with that, had a family emergency Fri night and left the park early so I'm not really in the mood to talk about all this now, so in due time.

Agree with the person above me...also intamin did not test or account for these flaws or redundancies..one thing I give to b&m, quality control.

Also hate to break it to you, but intamins reputation went out the door with shoot the rapids. B&m is a very healthy thriving relationship again with the park and does create quality work, however intamin has had nothing but problem after problem that needs to he tended to. You can't look at it from a ki perspective, but as a Cedar Fair perspective. What has the parks been putting out lately...

They're not even done pouring footers whos to say that it won't go that far back. besides what you're seeing now may just be station, transfer, ect...everyone just calm down if you're ganna guess what project 2014 is too early you're ganna have a bad time

Ok as for capacity and whatnot leviathan will win. Leviathan gets up the hill from rollbacks to lift crest and b block entry in 48 seconds. Millie does get up the hill in 28 seconds. Here's a big difference though. Yes both do not have mcbrs which is true and indeed a problem however Millie cannot dispatch until the train passes the station and the plc allows dispatch to be enabled. Leviathan dispatches earlier in course so people are moving on the track more than trains sitting. Also might I add this, leviathan was the first b&m giga, this was their prototype to test and see, much to intamins giga and strata. It's a great ride and good ideas, but yet it can be tweaked and polished. Give b&m time lastly the brake run is that long for a reason, it allows for a redundant braking system, allows the block to clear without an mcbr and also has the transfer table right after it. If you took Diamondbacks brake run and straightened it out it's somewhat similar in length, or even Gatekeeper.

Only thing I'll give intamin over b&m...better camelback hills and airtime hills. Maverick is just a beautiful airtime machine. I'd love to see that out of a b&m, but probably won't. both companies have completely different ideals. B&m wants smooth non vibration, rides like a Cadillac, and intamin goes for the new, outrageous, why not, throw em around kinda stuff. However I'll take either or, they both have their benefits

No job is just peaches & cream lol...Well..Eh there are a few but it's so unobtainable I'm not even bringing it up. However, being an enthusiast, getting to go from enthusiast counting coaster cred to PR of a whole park would probably be a jaw dropper for most. However, eh I wouldn't want his job, it'd be neat, but PR isn't my thing. I'd rather be in charge of park/ride ops or have Monty Jasper's job...Awesome job, awesome guy, and awesome son, worked with him in 2011. But his job is badass in the company

Seriously people...Wow You can't bring water in, yeah because how do I know it's water, and also not housing anything dangerous. Two just leave your cooler in the car, and come out to get what you want. Hell I usually leave after lunch to have my food coma in the air conditioned car and pass out for about 30-40 minutes... People these days, makes you loose all faith in humanity
