"I like chickens, Eddy!" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I am so sorry for your loss. I had three friends in 14 months killed due to drinking and driving in three separate accidents. I have seen the devastation it's left the families. I know it has to be hard for you. Two out of three were sober. This is Rob's vehicle. It's so not worth it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hmmm....they appear to be working on two distinct circles inside the original circle. Very odd. Perhaps this is how they do crop circles. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The only thing I would change is moving the camera. When the video plays and says something about the crowd, seeing people in line and not an empty queue line would be better. I love the theming even though I find it a bit cheesy. I think the "cheese" adds charm. I have said many times I wish they would redo the video. I do realize the majority of guests do not go to the park 3-4 times a year (or our 16-20 times a year) and they probably would not notice the changed video. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Great report - thanks for posting links in the other thread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
This made me laugh, only because I read it two different ways, but I'm 99% sure I know what you meant. To clarify - because it's funny no matter how you take it. Katie asked Lindzey if Devan was Lindzey's dad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cheetah Hunt leaves riders stuck
LoraX replied to Browntggrr's topic in Other Amusement Parks & Industry News
I've been stuck on The Beast, but did not have to evacuate. It must have been an issue with one of the other trains. We were at the top of the second hill with my friends mom becoming hysterical. (We tried for 2 1/2 days to get her to ride any ride then this happened,). Reading this in ThrillBiscuiteeze, that is hilarious. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
What Live Shows Can We Expect In The 2014 Season?
LoraX replied to GamesAndRides's topic in Kings Island
I would love some kind of impromptu comedy troop type show. I know at Katie's high school they do comedy sports and the kids seem to love it. I loved the ice skating shows, but hope they will go more out of the box than that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Wow you do look young. Do you remember Katie asking you the day we met you if you were her dad? Hahaha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What Live Shows Can We Expect In The 2014 Season?
LoraX replied to GamesAndRides's topic in Kings Island
Sadly, Ed is not returning for the regular season. This is the only sad thing about the 2014 season. What kind of show replaced Ed after he left Knott's? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

My two goals are to go to Kings Island 21 or more times. 20 is my record. I also intend on taking a lot more pics, too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was engaged to a man and we went to Kings Island once. He boo hoo'd about Face Off hurting him. He then nearly chickened out getting on The Outer Limits Flight of Fear because he was afraid to ride. Seriously what a wienie. We went to Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom a few weeks later and he was afraid of Chang and Twisted Twins. As if Kings Island was not a big enough warning sign, this truly sealed the break up. We broke up 2 weeks later. (Not because of the non compatibility of amusement parks, it was just not a good thing at all for a solid marriage for a multitude of reasons.) New for 2014 - Platinum/Gold Passes & Unlimited Dinosaurs Alive Access
LoraX replied to MantisMan's topic in Kings Island
I really like DA. I have been through it a few times. My main and only gripe is I've never seen everything at one time working properly. It's a great break during the day. Some what quiet and shaded. I know they are not affiliated, but Jurassic Park 4 is coming out June 2015. I can only think it would bring added attention to any dinosaur themed exhibit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

So very sad that I missed this! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
I stand corrected. If it were simple we would not beat a dead horse over it. One would think the most heated debate would be the Ham/Nye thread. So wrong on that one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My name is Lora. People never question it being capitalized. It is my name. When I get mail or my paycheck, all legal documents my name is capitalized. People question how it is spelled. I understand why, it's not the most common spelling. I have gone so far as to have people correct me on the pronunciation of it. (I had a sales person repeatedly calling me Law-ruh. I simply said no, it's Lo-rah. I then spelled out my name and told her my mom just did not know how to spell it.) However, I have frequently had to spell out my name L O R A. I have never had to say "Capital letter L." It's not necessary since it's *my name*. If your name is Jonathan or Devan or Bill or Betty or any other name you expect your name to be capitalized as well. It's not debated. It's *your* name. It is what *you* are identified as. So why is it so foreign of a concept to use capitalized letters for the names rides, companies, amusement parks, etc? Why is this debated? Why question why does it need to be done? Additionally, this forum is free to us. It does not have excessive amounts of rules to follow. The TOS are simple, common sense requests. It is truly sad people argue this when the PR of Kings Island has asked and the ones who run this site and the one who had been given repeated permission to correct it. No one has asked you to do anything beyond common courtesy, respect and to use correct capitalization. It is not about one slip up. It's about the continual and often intentional misuse of trademarked names. I find it sad that this is such a huge issue someone had to create a way to correct this. I think that shows his level of seriousness regarding this matter. If he is being proactive to protect you, respect him and this site enough to use capitalization properly and not debate "why".
