    I believe that was a stage for something they were doing with the educational day at the park, I kept hearing it over the PA about going in front of Festhaus for a demonstration.

    Those were actually in the fest haus.

    I think it may have been for some music thing... There were some music stands on it this morning, although I didn't see people... But maybe they moved that into fest haus give the weather (some groups were playing in there)

    I'm glad they got rid of the wrap. I liked eating it, but it takes too long to make and slows the line way down... So I support pulling it from the dining plan (frankly they should pull it from the menu since they aren't able to make them fast enough).

    I don't understand why they have to scan the Orange cups. I understand the park needs to track inventory... But couldn't they just have a generic scan or even just ring up a free drink without scanning the actual cup? I'd maybe understand if they were trying to track individual usage... But if they aren't able to associate your cup with your pass holder account (ie they can't deactivate your cup if you report it stolen), then why bog down the lines with this Orange cup scanning business.

    This was last weekend. Fortunately they are only doing this on Sundays (so far). Last year they did it on some weekdays as well as at the water park.

    Hanks is hit or miss. A lot of it depends on how many of the different salsas they have available. So far it seems like by Saturday afternoon they are out of most of the salsas. It's no Chipotle, but it's very filling.

    Also, this weekend there was an brief issue using my meal plan. Manager came over and said I hadn't waited long enough and that I'd be able to use it again at 6:23pm. Knowing that I had not used it at all yet, I asked them when I last used it... They said 3:23pm... It was currently 3:24pm so obviously they had scanned my pass on that transaction. Ultimately it all worked out and since there was no one else in line it was a good time for the cashier to learn... But it showed me that the system is actually set up to require a 3 hour wait (not 4 as I had previously assumed).

    If you have 4 meal plans, you can get 8 slices of pizza, 8 breadsticks, and 4 sauces.. And at that point it's just easier to get a pizza box and throw the sticks inside with the pizza. I did this on Saturday when I had only 2 meal plans... Just asked for a box so I could carry them home.

    I'm loving "say Geronimo". Similar to last year "best day of our lives", this song to me adds to the "theming" of what I come to the park for... I always sing the chorus to myself going up lift hills or on Drop Tower.
